So i came across a crazy deal on a kwa usp with two mags, it fires really good but I'm wondering about a 6.01 compared to the stock .05. I cant find any specifically for kwa but would a marui compatible barrel fit this? Like the jbu barrel from evike? Or any recommendations.

Not sure, it all depends on how the barrel is cut at the hop up end. See if you can find pics of the upgrade barrel and compare to the stock KWA barrel. If they both have the same cut outs shouldn't be a problem.

Another question I have is my magazines seem to be making my bbs very dirty. When i clean the magazine with p.d. free silicone it seems to help for a moment but it always comes back. Do i just need new magazines or is there a way to clean it better than what I am doing?

What are you doing to clean the feeding tube? Are you just dropping/spraying the silicone lube down there, or are you wiping it out thoroughly after?

Yes, when i spray the bb holding area of the magazine I wipe it out afterwards, I pull the spring and follower out and wipe everything down but the bbs still get dirty when i load them.

Don't forget, lube will actually attract dirt if you use too much. If you are spraying silicone in the area it might be getting too much. Even if you wipe it all out, you probably aren't getting enough out. You can maybe try rinsing it out and wiping it down a few times to make sure there is none left and run a few mags through it to see if it clears up.
After a few mags if it clears up you can lube the mag again but use much less than you have been and see if it stays clean. I've had problems with pistol mags doing that before typically after i lubricated them, but once i ran them for a while they cleared up. I usually run 1 drop down there and run the guide up and down a few times to spread it around. Even with a very light coat the rounds usually get dirty or at the very least get lubrication on them. Again, running a few mags usually will clear it up.
That's the only thing I can think of that might cause it, given your description, other than dirty ammo to begin with (which I am sure you checked).
