It looks really good David. Also, I'm not really critiquing you here, but have you tried putting that peq box on the side rails instead of the top? It's really just my personal preference.

@combat Junkies, dirty your gear up more, looks like you literally just graduated SQT. ASAP Rocky Balboa: How do you like the replica AOR gear? I'm not feeling like giving Crye my hard earned doll hairs for some real stuff, wanting more something I can just say screw it if it rips. Second note, NVG's on your helmet during mid day operations... C'mon man.

Your emptyquote added soooo much to this discussion! Originality, hilarity, and the like!

@knife I will get some pictures for you. @vigil I don't put my PEQ/15 on the side because my Surefire and pressure pad rests on the side. Then when I want to use my PEQ/15 I grope it with the rail, which creates a quite rather comfortable grip. lolgrope Mosin I like(d) it, the repro AOR1 gets the job done, and is great but I'm aiming for authencity and all the l337 points to look cool so I am slowly getting all real AOR1. I mean having all real AOR1 makes you look like a total BAMF and too many people have repro AOR1 kits. It wasn't a game I have nothing else to say, my friends and I just had a mini photo shoot for the lulz. But if you got the money for real AOR1, I definitely suggest you get the real deal! Thanks for the input everyone.

Still don't know how I feel about spending $1,000+ on a set of clothes. Considering AOR rips like it's cool (Just pushed a few SEALs through our course, two out of five ripped pants doing basic medical skills/running around a MOUT town).
Eh, my two pennies.

How is the quality of the Patagonia versions?

I heard somewhere (I think it was Gearsoc) that the Patagonia ones are known to rip much more easily, even ripping/tearing from velcro. Don't quote me on that, though.

They were Crye Precision, half of them didn't bother to tuck in the upper half, and you could clearly see the tags. I remember one of the dudes had a rip center line on the buttocks, maybe 2" long. Fast forward to the end of the day, the rip tore all the way down to his leg, ended up having to use tape to hold the ends together. No big because he didn't pay a cent for them, but I could only imagine dropping a grand on a set to have that happen to me... No thank you.

I got mine for free, so I'm not complaining. ^_^ @knife: Comparison between real AOR1 and repro AOR1.

I found these pics today, I actually miss Airsoft right now. I guess I am doing the "myself" Impression, without a lot of my actual gear. If my gear isn't dirty enough for some of you, it's been used on three continents and two deployments....

Hey wait, when did you make it out to Matrix? I was at most of those games, never saw you there.

It was the game they had because some other even was cancelled. I peeked around for you but you didn't show that day. It was in October of last year I believe. Pretty good field, I wish it was there 4-5 years ago. I plan on attending next year whenever flights are cheap and i have time off.
