December 8th, 2011-Browsed their site and found a part I was looking for. Ordered a Madbull 20" Dissipator Outer Barrel that day.
December 12th, 2011-No progress on the order. Sent an e-mail to "sales@airsoftsquadron.com." (Response never sent)
December 13th, 2011- Order ships
December 16th, 2011- Received order. Received wrong part. Airsoftsquadron sends Golden Eagle Option Parts 20" Outer barrel.
December 18th, 2011- After an unscheduled trip to the ER an email was sent to ask for the mistake to be corrected.
December 29th, 2011- Asked if returned product was received and new product was shipped.
December 30th, 2011- Received email from Jonathon at Airsoftsquadron regarding the correct item being shipped and should arrive within the week.
January 6th, 2012- No product ever showed up, no response to another email regarding why the package has not shown up.
January 10th, 2012- Filed complaint with the BBB

Resolution Sought
As I have waited well over a month for a product I still don't have and due to next to no communication and no product ever received, I would like a full refund for the total amount spent.
