www.kwausa.com/forums/uploads/monthly_07_2008/post-9-1215099217.jpgPart number 320 (if you can find it in that diagram haha) has fallen out of my m9. It's the part that appears to be a flat rectangle with a small, sloped ramp on it, not the entire unit. If anyone has experiences with this sort of thing please help. GBB's are still uncharted territory for me. I really just need to know how important it is for functionality and how to put it back in place if it is vital. Thanks for all the help!

This may be bat-shit crazy, bit try contacting your local KWA retailer and see if they can tack in the part on their next order.

After looking for part number 320, I realized that I too have lost that part. In fact, where the ramp portion comes down into the main part, it snapped off. This happened to my KWA M9 PTP 6-9 months ago. To be honest, my M9 is still performing beautifully, but I have noticed a problem. Whenever I go to de-cock my M9 by flipping the safety down, it rarely de-cocks the hammer anymore (I'd have to check, but I think the trigger goes into safety mode). At first I thought I wasn't lubing it enough, but I guess it's because of that missing peice. So based on personal experience, it's not a big deal that it came off. All you'll have to do from now on to de-cock it is to drop the mag out a bit, pull the trigger to release the hammer, then put it on safety. My only guess as to why that peice came off is because when I put my M9 on safety, I for some reason pulled the slide back which may have caused that peice to get slightly caught up. I'm surprised you lost that its a pretty big piece. And it's not as big as you may think. Especially since it can snap off at any place along that part. The size of mine was about the length of 4-6 BBs.

Thanks Carnage, this is exactly what happened to mine. After reading your post I went to my piece and it is in fact snapped off, not fallen off. If not having my hammer go back when safety is flipped on is the worst thing, then I can live with that. +1 to you sir, and thanks to everyone else, too.
Also, mine was about 6 BBs long as well. Maybe this happens in a lot of PTPs?
