I figured one red on top and one green, one green on the back opposite side and one red so they can double as team identifiers and "dead" rag for the grayling night portion.

That was why I got the green. But I can't use the red to identify I've been shot? Like just the blinking function?

From what I understand, the Tan team uses a red light to indicate that they have been hit, while the Green team uses a green light to indicate they have been hit.

I mean you could, it just might get confusing for players when they see someone wearing the other teams dead light coming towards them. I'm pretty sure they state in briefing that we're only supposed to wear your team color.

Ok cool. Thanks for clearing it up. Makes it much easyer. I was also going to order blue but I saw that was for staff and just nixed it all together.
So I will move both green to the top and just use those when I'm dead. Works out good.

So I will move both green to the top and just use those when I'm dead. Works out good. I had to go out and get a bunch of green myself, so I understand that completely. We're also so trained to use red as a dead rag/light, it throws us for a loop to do something else.

Lookin' good there, Zdybel! Are you rockin' that cause your rolling with RAGE, or is your maritime just not as cool?

The nods are actually really decent for the 230.00 shipped.
They are digital so when in regular daylight they are a color camera. I haven't quite got used to the 2xs zoom yet but they are growing on me now that I am running them on my dominant eye.
They don't get "flashed" by light like real deal nods do (no intensifier).
I have been happy with their function so far. I could do without all the plastic for the outter casing but I think they will work for what I need them for.
