Hey guys!
What's the best Gas Pistol maker? I'm looking into getting a good sidearm for less than 150 bucks and have my eye on a few different guns. I want to know which manufacturer has the best gas guns etc etc?
Thanks in advance.

Hmmm... Well I'm not going to go out and say they're the best, but KSC makes some really nice pistols. The quality is excellent and from what I've seen they hold up very well on the field. My stock Glock 18C is amazing, and has over 7000 rounds through it without any trouble. While Ballista's M11 is rock solid and packs a MEAN punch. After hearing it today it sounds pretty evil too...I know this Sunday we'll be fleeing in terror from the loud cracks of Ballistas bb hose. *gulp* Really depends on what you're after I guess. Find something ye like and go for it.

KSC is by far the best. WA is decent but makes nothing but the prokillers. think- Glock 18 Beretta 93 M11 TMP SPP Who makes em? yup KSC. They are also much cheaper than the WA's

Yes, I agree. KSC is a very good company. Their guns are cheaper, but the level of quality is higher on the Western Arms guns. However, some KSC guns are actually KWA guns, which I believe are made in Taiwan. However, I like KWC guns because they're cheap (which is a plus for me and they can take green gas without any upgrades. That's why I'm going to get a KWC Desert Eagle. Powerful and cheap.

You newbies, there is no one best gun maker, each company has their great guns, their average guns, and their horrible guns. Sighs.

I have nothing else to say sorry guys, i worked till 1am that night and wasn’t in the mood to see opinions I have nothing else to say. Anyway, like I said, there is no one best maker; they all have their highs and lows. Good ol Hadoken did a swell job with providing his experiences in his example. Now I could do the same and rant how the Glock 17 and USP my friends got which were KSC fell apart after a days use - see it goes either way. Sorry Sorry Sorry, didn’t mean to be a fugger, ill try to stay away from the forums when in a not so good mood.
Unamed: I think its your post that made me go off, for one WA guns are well known as both quality side arms on the skirmish field and quality guns for collectors, do to their above average finish. Fact before Opinion please.

bah. I was commenting on the unoriginality (is that a word?) of their guns. I like the cool designs that are a little different, like the TMP. It really sticks out, its not just another 1911/beretta92/....

I'm curious; how do you envision yourself using a secondary weapon in a defensive scenario? If you want to spray-n-pray, I can personally attest to the quality of the KSC M11. It's about the size of a Glock17, albeit non conforming to most generic holsters, and is quite accurate in both full-auto and semi fire modes. Not to mention a 300fps muzzle velocity. Man I love that gun

I like the M11 but the lack of ability to fit in holsters is why i wouldnt use it as a sidearm. Thats why I like the Glock 18. People still duck when you fire it, but it fits the holsters.

I stick to semi auto side arms, cause when I have to resort to a backup I plan on taking people out. If I were to go into battle with like a M11 or G18c it would prolly be as my primary.

Actually in my experience, I find it best to leave it in full auto because you are likely to be at close quarters when firing it. I figure that if im at a ranged situation i can just put it into semi. I had a great time last game when i was firing at a guy. he ran out of ammo with his umm... aug i think and my battery died at the same time. his nbb DE got destroyed by my full auto. course since I only had one clip i had to put it into semi after the first burst. still, it got his head down and i was within 20 feet when he ran out of ammo in that too and surrendured.

i dont see where skill comes in. he didnt have the skill to hit me when i was running at him. thats why people buy better guns. no one comments about lack of skill when someone has a m60 or a famas firing 1200 rpm. should be the same for a sidearm. thats why they make them fire on full auto.
