Sorry for the possible necro-post here, but starting a new thread would be relatively pointless since there is already good information here.
I have a few questions pertaining to some details to this loadout:
1. I've decided to get the Weekend Warrior SPC. After looking at some pictures and such, I noticed that some or most pictures showed Marines with a groin flap on their SPCs. Is there a groin flap that I can buy that will work with the Weekend Warrior SPC?
2. Will a MAP do fine for this loadout, or should I get something else as far as hydration and/or storage goes?
3. Besides a triple M4/M16 mag pouch and IFAK, what other pouches and equipment are used on the SPC?
4. Are drop leg MOLLE panels and other drop leg platforms exceptable for carrying more ammo or gear?
I think that's it for now. I've done some research on these questions but havn't really found a whole lot of info about them. And thank you for your help!

1. Yes. You can buy the Pantac one on Redwolf. Just make sure you get it in CB. You may be able to get a real Point Blank or SDS one on Ebay.
2. If you can, try to get the correct Source hydro carrier, then if you need a backpack for stuff, get one that you can wear over the hydro, and ditch if necessary.
3. Frag grenades, 203 rounds, bayonet, MBITRs, PRRs, canteens/GPs for nods, etc. Whatever the mission calls for. Should be noted that they don't get issued triples, they get issued singles, and you can have more than just 3.
4. Yes. Again, personal preference.
Also, when you get that SPC, tell me how you like it. I'm debating on getting one.

Thanks a lot for the info Relarz! Really helps out.

Honestly, I wouldnt waste your money on pantac mag pouches, as the real ones can be had for STUPID cheap at surplus stores (all my fireforce's cost about $5-$7 per pouch).
If you're gonna get a replica helmet, they make a replica of the LWH, it can be found over on Royal Tiger's website. as far as I know, i'm a special kind of stupid., Motorola VHFs are standard for squad comms now, but I'm not too certain.
If you're gonna get a PEQ, Marines use the AN/PEQ 16A now, I believe. Flashlights are usually only on when needed, And I havent seen a marine with an M3X on his M16A4 yet, but it would work, and thats what counts.
If you're gonna get an M16A4, get an RCO (4x ACOG with the red filament on top), and a replica BUIS (KA makes one of the correct MATech 600m BUIS).

Real mag pouches for $5-$7? I'll definitely be looking into that, AN/PEQ 15 will be switched for the 16A, and I actually bought a replica TA31 RCO(?) ACOG (has a replica fiber optic on it) from thedeisel yesterday. As for comms, I'll probably get those last because I've got 3 Motorola Talk-Abouts at the moment.
Unfortunately, it's probably not the last of my questions and what not, but I think I have all the info I need for the time being. So thanks for all who replied, especially you Relarz, and I will hopefully have most, if not all of the gear by Christmas and the rifle after that.

Carnage, Relarz, I just purchased the "Weekend Warrior" SPC and had a chance to skirmish it at Op. High Value in Lowell. I'll (most likely) be at Op: Firestorm in Bangor on the 15th of next month if either you want to check out the SPC. I have never previously skirmished in a PC, but the SPC performed pretty well. It does not seem as bulky as some other PCs I have seen. It feels sort of like an overweight HPC. I'm also pretty small (5'6", 135) so it might look big on me in the pictures below. In order to get it to fit properly, I have the cummerbund adjusted all the way down and the cummerbund flaps lying on top of one another in the front where they attach via velcro. The stitching on the rig could be better and the included pouches aren't the greatest, but they are functional. The PALS webbing seems to be properly spaced and everything I have added to the rig has attached without mishap. I did not put plates in the rig, but it remains quite stiff. The cummberbund feels like it has some sort of plastic sleeve inside of it to add rigidity. The velcro seems strong, but it's going to take a few skirmishes to see if it holds up. The color matches my coyote brown stuff from ATS, but you'll notice that the ArmorBak is a bit darker brown. Here are some quick photos: Kit List: LWH (PASGT with suspension, NVG/Rhino mount) FROG suit "Weekend Warrior" SPC CamelBak ArmorBak G&P M4A1 with VTAC

I like it Gimpalong! I hope it holds up well in all events. And overall, your kit looks nice so far.
Where did you order it from (I'm assuming EbayBanned) and how long did it take to be delivered?

Yup, ordered from Ebaybanned. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive which is typical. EB did provide me with a tracking number, however.

That looks real good, Gimp, ONLY issue is that IFAK and the MC pouch look out of place on a grunt vest.

Instead of trying reenact me and one of my fellow Marines you should just sign up and they will give you everything you need to look like a current devil dog!

While I think joining the military is something that deserves respect it's not in the cards for me. Impressions on the other hand are something that I'm certainly able to do.

I have, however, tried to join, twice. But because I have asthma and carry a rescue inhaler I cannot go unfortunately, no matter how much I want to. Airsoft might just be the next best thing for me

Forgot I had this thread. I'm doing something else now. Anyways, I've deeply thought about enlisting (specifically Marines), but I feel I'd be joining for the wrong reasons (being able to shoot cool guns and such). I understand there's a lot more to joining any branch than that though. But I feel becoming a cop and hopefully a SWAT Officer, and maybe a gunsmith will suit me better.
Nonetheless, I'm thankful for what you, serfis, and everyone else in the armed forces do on a daily basis. Whether I do an impression or not, I have enough respect for those who serve to not say I'm someone I'm not.
