Actually you might say that sole purpose of hurting someone isn't too far off the mark. It was designed as a less lethal option for LE or the military. Im not sure that it was really designed for airsoft use but it has been a long time since I've seen any info on one. That's the only one I have ever seen in the hands of an airsofter and I've never heard of one being used in a game.

People have used them in games, although I don't think anyone would want to play with them. Single stroke setups that hit 45 rps are scary and so are dsg's that hit 70, but this is way more faster than that. Should be fun shooting things outdoors though. www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHnU9w3ELl0

Sounds like the airsoft minigun that is also available. Accept the minigun isn't really that portable. It works best mounted on a vehicle, like they had on the Hardlock last year at Northern Light.

From the website: "Rate of fire: 150-175 Rounds Per Second (9,000-10,500 RPM)"
I don't think I'm in too big a hurry to attend MIA events, now...

Several of the events I played at in GA there was one. They had the FPS dialed way down, something like 325ish and always had a MED of 50ft, granted it was only outdoors. It worked great for suppression on the back of a vehicle.

That's intimidating. I think I'll just be away from him when he's shooting that.

For those of you that ordered the Bates boot, do they tend to run a size smaller? I wore Danner GTX Striker 2 in size 10w and was wondering if I should order the Bates size 10w or 10.5w? Thanks. Mine came in today, size 13.5, and they feel massive compared to my Merrel's. I'm left with around an inch of toe room, and some side room when they aren't synched up tight. I'm not sure whether I got "A" grade or "B" grade, they both look in great condition save for one small imperfection in the leather. For $50, this is an amazing buy.
