I would go with the g98 since gi already installed some pretty important upgrades in the gun, that will save you the hassle of installing the upgrades yourself.

Which gun threads are generally frowned upon, but if you are deadset on one of those three, the G98 would definitely be your best bet.

You're basically asking about the same thing in 2 different threads. UTG rebrands WELL. WELL L96's and UTG L96's are the same thing.
UTG Accushot Competition Shadow OPS = WELL/Warrior1 L96 = a piece of junk
ASGI L96 = slightly upgraded WELL/Warrior1 L96 = upgrades with no name brand and unknown quality which does not equal better than the stock UTG
Echo 1 M28 = KS M24 = a piece of junk, it's also not upgradable or replaceable

I'd say the UTG MK96 (I own one and they're awesome), but get it in Black or OD.

Oops. I assumed the ASGI "G98" was an upgraded G&G G96. I was mistaken. In that case for the money, you could get something better and upgrade from there.

Triggs is using what we call "common sense" here. It seems that you are not listening to what we told you in the other thread. Why buy the UTG mk96 when you already have the Well rifle???
They take the same exact parts. You are simply throwing away useful money for upgrades. Triggs pointed out that the "upgraded" mk96 has parts in it with no brand/reliability.
Stick with your current rifle, spend the extra cash on upgrades, and you will be fine. Replacing a clone rifle with a clone rifle, expecting better results, will do you absolutely no good.

G98 is a piece of crap, sorry, but in all honesty it's a waste of time. Upgrade it yourself and get high quality parts. If you have the WELL version, stick with it.

Seriously just stick with your Mauser and upgrade it. You will save money since your not spending more on another clone. Sticking with stock power, but putting in the PDI hop-up unit, AEG hop-up bucking, and AEG TBB will get you the range and accuracy you want. After that if you want more power you can put in the durability upgrades and then power upgrades at your discretion.
Also the G98 doesn't seem all to great either. It uses the same hop-up unit just with a tighter barrel, thats only solving half the issue. It's power upgrade is just the cheap utg upgrade set, it's decent but not that great. To top it all off they replaced the trigger sears but not the plastic trigger box that will break eventually. And also all the parts that they installed are not produced by known manufactures, reliability may be an issue.

Buy a Tokyo mauri VSR10. Or get a maruzen L96. Better advice has never been imparted. Stick with quality replicas you can trust.

I think we can all agree that any clone sniper rifle is a piece of crap.
What about Classic Army sniper rifles? You could also consider those.

CA m24's are awesome. Don't hesitate to buy one if you can afford it.

CA M24's are awesome if you can afford upgrading the barrel, cylinder and a couple other things. If leaving it stock or close to stock, stick with the TM VSR and Maruzen APS series.

Buy a Tokyo mauri VSR10. Or get a maruzen L96. This kid is smart. I have the shitty utg l96, played a summer with it and now it only shoots 410 and the hop up failed.plus i had the drop on five guy and could not hit any of then because this gun can not shoot straight. Do not get the utg unless you want to be upset before the summer is up
