Are you asking what specific impressions can you do with those guns and that vest?
The short answer is, with the way you have everything now, nothing.
What you need to do is decide what kind of impression you want to do, and go from there.
Some pointers that might be helpful:
No one uses an M4 set up like you have yours. Look up SOCOM Block I and Block II for what accessories you're likely to see. Basically though, your PEQ, your M203, and your stock are the only items on there that I would call acceptable.
No one really uses the MC-51 either. You might be able to pass it of with an insurgent or African PMC loadout.
As for your EPC, it would work for an Army SF loadout, maybe some other US loadouts, but I'm not sure.
Don't think I'm trying to discourage you, on the contrary I'm hoping that this inspires you to do some research and build a great kit.

Thor is pretty much spot on. For your MC51 or such deal, I think the British SAS or something use similar. Might be worth looking in to. Your vest for the most part is fine. I'd replace your hydration carrier if possible however. Maybe a real or replica of the Eagle Industries MAP/Modular Assault Pack. You could also look in to a replica of their hydration carrier that is just flat, with MOLLE along the back which is closer to what you have now. I'll also echo what Thor said, and find a photo of something you find cool, and start there. That's how I started my first one, and it may be difficult to figure everything out at first. We can help you, but I'd also recommend heading over to the gear section on www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums. There are threads for just about anything you could be looking for, Army SF, USMC Grunt, Marine Recon, Navy SEALs, AFSOC, Army Grunt and many foreign and historical bits. If you find a photo you like, use that as a starting point and find similar photos or ones of the same set and go from there. I'd say starting an impression can be a lengthy process, but its fun to do.

To toss it out there, I vaguely remember hearing of a G3 (or variant I don't remember specifically) being part of one of the US special forces armory for various special operations, along with AK's and any number of foreign manufactured weapons. I would like to say it was SEALs, but I can't remember for sure.
On the hypothetical side it's not unreasonable to consider a SF branch to have a foreign made rifle in their arsenal. Given the nature of covert op's if you want to blend in, frame, assassinate, etc. you generally want to use a common weapon to them, not us.
I only remember a few pictures, so take it with a grain of salt.

Knife, your url gives me a '404 not found' error. Google "Arniesairsoft" and you should be able to find the forum right away. Then, signup for an account, and search the forums.

You could do something like this: He is a PMC, and former British Army Captain named James Ashcroft, and he wrote a book about his time as a PMC Iraq called Making a Killing.

I don't know of a place, but G&P makes one that is a BB loader. A real one can be had for 40-60 dollars on ebay.

If memory serves me right, thats the EXACT same picture you sent me when I asked the EXACT same question as this dude...'cept I was asking about my G3...

Haha, probably, it's one of the only pics I've seen with a G3 variant in a modern PMC role.
