Well, back in June I ordered a new barrel for my M60VN, 590mm it managed to get lost in shipping, fell out through a small hole. Airsoft GI has opened a UPS claim for the loss and waitingon UPS to finish it. Over all that order was an A.
I just picked up a M60 MK43 from them along with 5 bags of their shocker ICS .25gram bb's. When the box arrived everything was sealed with no holes in the box however when I picked the box up it sounded like gravel inside. Upon opening the box I found 3 of the 5 bags had broken and where completely empty and rolling around in the box. 12000 loose rounds, luckly there where no holes for them to funnel out of. I sent them an email with pictures and just asked they pack them better next time. I recieved an email notification this afternoon they had processed my order/claim and shipped out 3 new bags of bb's to replase the bags that broke open.
I didn't ask them to, but they showed how good customer service they have by taking the lead and replacing them. A+ customer service in my book.
*UPDATE* They sent me 3 more bags of ICS .25's free of charge but those bags also arrived broken. After talking with CS Brandon and telling him about possible ways to improve there shipping method and ways to possible aliviate this problem in the future. The broken bags weren't causing me unrepariable stress, so I didn't expect compensation or replacement, he insisted on fixing it. We agreed on 2 bags of Airsoft GI .25's. One of those bags arrived broken, not a big deal though. I emailed them photos and said don't worry about it anymore it doesn't seem to get fixed.
