After reading Easy's review about a month ago, I decided to order new hop up parts from Airsoft Smith on a Saturday. I figured that like most shops they would confirm and ship on Monday, but I received a shipped out notification a few hours later and a package on Monday.
This Sunday I placed an order for a T56-2. On Monday I received some bad news, the only one they had in stock was having some issues and they gave me the option to let their smith repair it or they would refund me for my order. Seeing that they were one of the only vendors who sold the 56-2 stateside, I decided to inquire on the smith option. They said it could take 1-2 weeks for the smith to look at it and repair it, and if it still wasn't functional I would be refunded. This morning, Tuesday, I awoke to a nice package on my doorstep containing a fully functional RS T 56-2. This is by far the best service I've ever encountered from any airsoft retailer, I give them a 150%.
