Hello, I have the SD700 sniper rifle and I loved it at first but recently it has been shooting far to the left with .25's from just 30 feet away. The scope is all the way to the right so I don't think its the scope. I cleaned the barrel and everything and the only thing I could find wrong was the air brake nozle that everyone claims if you cut in half, it will make your gun stronger, is completely chipped off. I think that may be the problem but I don't know for sure.
Help appreciated!

Could be that nozzle, but it could also be that your hop-up is trashed. Mainly, I think the problem would be either the nubbin or the arms that push the nubbin down. If I'm remembering correctly, that's usually the problem with sharp curves to the left or right, is hop-up issues.

Your barrel may have rotated in the hopup. It happened to one 700 I had for a while. Pull it out, and make sure the barrel and nubbin line up straight.

Not really, I don't own your particular gun. Just posting based on prior knowledge and past experience. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Your air brake was never there in the first place, that's not the issue. My SD had it clipped from the factory. Make sure your bucking is oriented correctly in the hopup. Make sure your chamber is aligned correctly. With the barrel out and chamber all on, look down it and make sure the bucking protruding out is square and not goofy looking. Also look for tears. Maybe turn the bucking inside out and wash it, if it's a new gun or you're using sloppy oiled bb's, there could be a slick spot. Your hopup arm may need to be shimmed, as will the pin on the adjuster arm that fits in the hopup arm.
