Bear with me if im not telling it "good" enough or using the wrong format. Also I combine a few different stories from Durbond to make it longer and im also going to try and make it as war realistic as possible so just convert it to airsoft.
I liked it simple, 2 guys, 1 enemy (referring to their team), kill em all. I was a Sniper with an Echo 1 M14 EBR and my spotter had a smaller more lightweight M14. I set him up to watch a long bridge which was one of the only 2 ways the enemy could pass us while I set up about 100 feet from the crossroads. We thought the most we would see is a small squad, simple enough right? Well what we didnt expect was the enemies main base to be right between the bridge and the crossroads behind a good number of trees so we couldnt see them. All of a sudden their ENTIRE team deployed, half for the bridge and half for the crossroads. Once we saw what was happening we waited till the enemy was crossing the bridge and opened up on them using full auto. About half of em dropped before they knew what hit em and the rest ducked for cover. Meanwhile I had my spotter hold the bridge down while I shot down 4 guys at the crossroads and the rest ran to either side of the road ducking behind some trees. We were definately outnumbered because for the few guys I picked off more kept rushing and quickly we were nearly surrounded with me out of ammo and my spotters head missing. Taking advantage of the short peace I pulled out my pistol and retreated while shooting the enemy behind me.....
Later when I got back to base I quickly regrouped and grabbed another guy with an AK-47 to be my spotter. This time when we went back to the place I had been the first time one of the Squads from my side had taken over the base my original spotter and I had been at the first time but were quickly dropping like flies. So I told my spotter to wait and see what would happen and in a mere matter of minutes at least 30 of the enemy had killed all of my team that was there and decided to take a break. Another 10 minutes had gone by and most of the enemy had moved on except a small squad of 6. So I commanded my spotter to open fire on my queand aim for the enemies on the left while I took the right. 3.....2.......1 Shots filled the air and all but one of the enemy remained hiding behind a truck, thinking it would soon be over I commanded my spotter to move up on the left while I moved up on the right. Bad Decision. The last enemy pulled out a SAW and fired at least half the magazine into my spotter and I leaving nothing but pieces left.
