After reading many of these threads I noticed a correlation. Many Airsoft GI customers have complained about the length of time it takes them to package and ship an order. I have made six orders from Airsoft GI in the last few months and have noticed a remedy to this problem. My first 3 orders took approximately four to five days to package. Like other MIA members have stated if you call Airsoft GI after you have made your online order and nicely ask them to package it quickly, or add a note to your order stating you need it soon they will package it and deliver it to UPS very quickly. My last 3 orders I have called or left a note on the order and they packaged it and delivered it to UPS the same day. I received my order I three day shipped in two days. My other orders that I standard ground shipped where received in four days. I hope this helps anyone who is dissuaded from using Airsoft GI because of these reports of slow packaging. They have treated me very well and I will keep on ordering from them in the future.

Excellent tip! I haven't had any issues with GI myself, besides the slow packaging times. But now it looks like that may no longer be an issue. Thanks for letting us know!

I've noticed that they also pay attention, and ship things quicker when you make an order that is high in value. (Crazy, right? I have nothing else to say)
A few orders I made where I just needed a few parts but ordered a few other random things just to bump it up to $100 for the free shipping took about 6 days to get to my place.
Whereas, an order I made with them last year for over $2k in PTW magazines came to my house in 2 days...I have nothing else to say.

I ordered a aeg from them 2 weeks ago from today. The aeg i ordered was backordered so i picked up another aeg. THAT aeg was also backed-ordered. Then i picked up ANOTHER aeg from them and it was in stock. I called them thursday of last week and the guy said they will be shipping it on friday. Instead they shipped it out on monday so that kind of pissed me off. I wanted it before this friday so i can test it out before NO LIMIts game. So in my opinion, by calling them does'nt really effect the packing and shipping time. Also it took them 4 days after i ordered to finally find out the aeg wasn't in stock!

I've had some orders ship out in 3 days but my most recent order took them 1 week to ship. It seems random but it might go by price of order like previously stated. That seems most logical to me.

Once I ordered some mags that were out of stock and they let me switch them out with another brand that was $10 more and they picked up the difference in cost. As for the idea about the price of the order, my orders have varied between $50 and $300 and as long as I called or put a note on the order it was shipped quickly.
