Please people never order from this website.
I ordered something from them on a monday, it is now a friday, and they just sent me an email saying that what I purchased was out of stock, even though it was in stock when I ordered.

You know that can happen anywhere, and with any retailer. I've ordered stuff from them for a long time and haven't had any issues. I did order a Star S-mag from them early this year and normally I've received all my stuff from them in about a week, but it took two weeks.
But because many online linked inventory systems aren't updated to the second, something can be in stock and can be ordered by one person, and it can still say it's in stock even though it hasn't been updated and then the next person ordering gets screwed. Also happens if they have a bricks and mortar location as well as an online store. But that can happen anywhere.
Ehobbyasia also has a warehouse in Ca, so if something isn't in stock at their Ca warehouse, then if it's in stock in Hong Kong, they'll either ship it from warehouse to warehouse or straight to your door.
But it's not fun not hearing from them for about a week later to find out it's not in stock so I feel you.

Yeah your same situation happen at airsoftgi for me. It no problem. I'm sure they'll give you store credit if you don't want to wait for your order and decide to take it back. That's what I did.

I've put at least 30+ orders through ehobby..... without issue.
You got the bad end of the deal.

Yeah, same thing happened to me over at airsoftpost.com/evike.
At the time I tried to order some KA mid caps they said they were in stock. Went on a few days later and the status changed to pre-order. I still don't think they came in yet. I waited over a month for them to come in and then e-mailed them and got a full refund.

Yeah, I've kind of cooled down a little now.
I have no problems with something being out of stock when I order it, my issue is that it took them a week to let me know. In my opinion that is at best rude, at worst it is just terrible customer service. Hopefully I will still be able to either get what I ordered in time for when I need it, or my money back.

Ehobbyasia does seem to take a while to get back, or you literally have to e-mail them first. I've ordered a few guns from them and supposedly once the gun/item(s) ships you're supposed to get an e-mail with your tracking #. Never got those e-mails, so I had to e-mail them to ask for it but they've always responded within 24 hours.

If anyone can give me some advice on what to do with them it would be greatly appreciated.
Like I said before, it took them a week to let me know that it was out of stock and now, it has been four days since I have heard from them again.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

If I still can't get through to them through the email contact, does anyone know their telephone number?
The one that is posted on the site has too many numbers in it.
Thanks

No, it has the right amount of numbers; it's a foreign number.

Well I knew it was foreign of course, but I still could not connect through to them using the number on their website, of course I have never called internationally before so whatever.
Well all my anger is moot at this point because after six days they finally decided to reply to my first response from when they told me it is out of stock. That is awesome, but I have to wonder, what is going to happen to the other emails that I sent them hoping to get a response?
Thanks all

I ordered something on Thursday and they told me the following Tuesday that it was out of stock and that they hadn't even shipped the items that were in stock. Also, th ey didn't even give me a tracking number, so I, the fucking customer, had to ask for one. Terrible fucking service, but what can you expect?
