I am looking to turning my G&G m14 into an m21 suppressed like the one in cod 4. What do I need to do besides paint. I have both the soc 16 front and full size front which one, and what internals should I change to make it a good DMR.

I can't help you much here because i don't own a m14, but the only differences between the m14 and the m21 on cod, is the barrel is about twice as long (go look at a teammate using it on cod), has a bipod underneath it, and of course, has a sniper rifle scope instead of the usual ACOG or red dot. For airsoft, find a longer barrel, and a bipod, but make sure you upgrade the internals to make it more suited for sniper situations.
I would install some form of these upgrades in this order:
Tightbore barrel (6.03mm or maybe 6.01) new hopup bucking, or a PDI hopup more powerful spring, probably like m120, maybe m130 a better cylinder head and piston
the objective here is that accuracy beats power; you upgrade the barrel and hopup, before you upgrade what actually propels the bb (piston and spring). No point on a powerful sniper rifle if it can't hit anything at a decent range.

Does PDI make worth-a-damn AEG hop-ups?

Their L96 hop up is amazing, and so are the rest of their parts. I'm sure they are plenty fine.

Umm my buddy was considering buying an M14 a while back and he wanted to do a M21 conversion as well so I started doing some research for him and I found an King Arms M21 specific suppressor or at least pretty close on ehobbyasia.com shop.ehobbyasia.com/king-arms-silencer-m14-dc-v2.htmlSeeing you have a full length outer barrel and this suppressor you're pretty close right there and then from having an M21 conversion. Then throw a nice M3 scope on there, & harris style bi-pod. Note: this vid is of a TM M14 Socom, and he calls it a M21 (not really) but I used some of the parts in selecting a build from my friend. www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsfYySQSYT0

Here's a few crappy quality pics of about how mine turned out: Suppressed UnSuppressed Sorry about the crappy quality. I took the pics with my cell, and I don't have a real camera I have nothing else to say. I hope these give you some inspiration, though.

Who makes a good m3 replica. G&P and King Arms both make great replicas. You could always use a shorter suppressor, like I did in the M21 I used to own (built it): And if you cover it with ghillie wrap it pretty much hides it all anyways, but its still quiet.

Jeez, those look amazing guys. I have yet to see a mag like the one my buddy used in Iraq. Is it just me or is the mag long?

Ghast, it looks to me like a 30rd mag. And not photoshopped or staged.

It might not be shopped, but it's definitely staged.
