Had a great time, everything will be much better as we get into the swing of things.
Team misidentification was for sure the biggest thing, but that goes hand in hand with poor communication.
Can't wait for tomorrow, more names to put to faces.

This was my first time out to Farmington and I must say that I had freaking blast. I had a lot of fun playing some interesting CQB. I didn't have many problem identifying who was one my team and who wasn't becasue everyone I seem to find shot at me so I shot back, I was ahead of my team and knew they were not friendly,or I got communcation down well enough to avoid friendly-fire. Seven def. killed a lot of friendlies today but that was funny after a while.
As for improvements, I thought the whole set-up was quite good. I didn't make it to games last year, but just going off what people said, you guys did a hell of a job fixing it up. I only have a few sugggestions. 1. Again teams: It would be easier to just say Green (Woodland, Tiger stripe, MC, and OD) vs the rest. I know you guys did you best to make teams even, but when the "black" team members (also I know ACU switched a few times too or ACU got split up, some on one team and some on the other) kept switching sides, it kinda got confusing. As for identifying friendlies, it was just a matter of communicating. 2. Stageing-area: I know I talked to Knief about this and he told me space was limited, but a bigger stageing area would be nice. 3. The time trials: This was a great idea that I found very very fun. I do believe we won that (minus the two Hellfish teams that biult it) with 1:24:?? Personally till the basement is completely ready I would keep running these and see if 3-man squads can beat their old times and eachother. 4. 350FPS: I really didn't have any troubles with this at all. There were def. a couple shots that stung, but nothing unbearable. I like the idea, it gives a wider range of weapons available.
I think that's everything.
Thank you and congrats to the Hellfish for hosting another great game, keep up the good work guys.

360, the only hellfish that set up the targets were the one's that were down there to set it up. We actually set it up this morning during the first game, so when I went to do the course, that was my first time. I also sucked at it, but that's beside the point haha.

I have nothing else to say. Ok So I can't brag as much, but I still think we did really well for some of the people who tried the course out. Like I said, I found it very fun and would be willing to give it another go (or even a diffferent course) the next time you guys set one up.

Courses will change every game, guaranteed. I know even tomorrow the course will not be the same (I have to keep you on your toes Livonia) as I will personally be the person changing it. Some set ups will work better than others but in essence that most important thing to keeping this fun will be the constant change.

Oh before I forget, congrats to the guy who had eight knife kills in five seconds. That's probably the standing Farmington CQB record at the moment.
Here's what we have so far: Shooting comp 1:11 (hellfish) 1:24 (non hellfish) Most knife kills in a short span: 8 Most friendly fire given: seven Most shots in the face taken: reaper

Sweet i got two records. I was the guy who got the 8 knife kills on woodland when they were trying to get to the hostages. Me and redneck blasted through their right side fast and I just walked up behind them, I was so happy I had my knife on me Yeah my face is torn up. Got some good storys out of it though

Gbiz definitely takes the cake for most DQs. If we could have given him one more, we would have.

I didn't go to the saturday game but I'm about to leave for the one today.
You guys should really try the colored arm bands... I think I would make it a lot easier to avoid friendly fire. Have one arm band on both arms.

We try to avoid arm bands in airsoft.

My guys and I had a great time. Kudos to the Hellfish for another well executed event. The shooting comp was awesome. Did we get the record for the worst time? That was hilarious. The only issue, and it was minor, was the cramped staging area. For the tiny game that occurred last Easter there was a large room downstairs that was used for staging, any chance to use that? The only downside to that is going up and down the stairs all day. Thanks again guys!

Yeah that room downstairs would be awesome but unfortunately it was leased out so we had to do the best with what we could get. I wonder how the games today are going.
