Placed an order on Thursday and everything was currently in stock.
My order was placed in "processing" status for 2 days.
I log into my account tonight and check the order status and it currently says "Back Order"
I think its stupid that they display something in stock and later change it to Out of Stock, and worst of all is that I didn't get an e-mail indicating that my order has been placed on Back Order.
They also charged my credit card the second I placed the order.

I got the same thing when I ordered my hard knuckles and X-tac kneepads. The upside of all this was my buddy (on the same order) chose the wrong size, and we had time to correct it. They were very curteous on the phone and took care of my problems immediately, so give them a chnace, I'm sure they'll take care of you.

I'm going to call Monday and cancel the order.
Lapolicegear.com has what I need and more, Plus ill be getting some free stuff with my order and discounted shipping.

I ordered some tri-color desert fatigues and a couple of shemaghs from them for my wife for Operation: Irene. They were all sent with two-day shipping and arrived in the expected amount of time (2 days for shipping plus a day for them to get the order together).
I agree that back ordering something without notification sucks, however.

Well, I called to cancel my order a few weeks ago and they said it was already shipped. I was baffled because the order status page says that everything I ordered was now on back order.
The woman on the phone said "yeah, our website is weird like that."
I did receive everything I ordered several days later. I guess they deserve more than a D, so im giving USCAV a C+.
