Hey I'm thinkning of starting a new airsoft field in Northeaster Michigan and I'm need some advice. I got 15 acres in light and heavy woodland and probably another 5 or 6 in low swamp. Do you think that big enough to make a field? And coverage what do you think the best provider would be. and how much would it cost. I don't and any hazards i had it clear. (Take out all the dead trees and what not. Thanks.

Our field has 100-125 acres of woods/grass and it is enough for a good amount of people.
For 15-20 acres you'll most likely want to add bunkers or just simple lean-to walls from dead trees to allow play to stay in a smaller area.
What I've noticed about fields is that when you need to keep people in a smaller area you need much more bunkers/hides. With a larger area to use teams can move and use the natural foliage for cover.

AlphaAirsoft- Please enjoy your stay with MiA. During said stay, it would be appreciated if you posted like you have completed at least the 6th grade.

Alpha, where at in NE michigan are you talkin? There's really not a whole lot of players up here, 15-20 acres should be fine, so long as it's got something going for it - terrain, buildings, whatever.

Yeah, there's not much airsoft activity up here, but you'd for sure get our interest in a field

I have a lot of freinds that love war games we have a place all Laser Team Challenage. and it get about 5,000 every weekend. I figure to beat them out I'm going down to 10 dollar playing fee vs. their 15. and my first few games are going to be free to give the people a taste of true airsoft!

Alpha if you want to stay here you need to start spelling correctly. When you post instead of using the quick reply box on the bottom of the thread, hit the reply button on the bottom of the last post. When you have finished with your post, hit the spell check button. Failure to do so will result in you being banned from this forum permanently, by name and IP address.
Also do not post more than once in a row, if you need to add new information or need to reply to another comment hit the "Edit" button rather than making a new post.
This is your first official warning, and I deleted your other posts.
