Helping out, moving junk around, and safety proofing the building won't really be helping out the person too much, that has to shell out probably a hundred or a couple hundred grand in buying a school, and the enormous costs of Insurance and making it legal. Not to mention getting past the town counsel to allow airsoft in the city limits. It would be very awesome to play there yes, but next to impossible. Who do you know that can shell out that kind of funds, to own and operate this kind of thing? I believe we have discussed this very thing before, to you, or one of your teammates. I also recall many people telling you why it would not work at that time. A great dream "field", but it is just that... a dream.

Oh let me guess, is it a haunted high school filled with man eating hobo's and also filled with McDonald burgers the size of a really fat chinchilla so after you eat the burger you get a heart attack and then the hobo's eat you? Is that why it is only a $1?

I've heard of lots of buildings being sold for only $1. It is true what they say though that it is too good to be true because there is always a catch. The building my only be $1 but you have to pay the thousands of dollars in property taxes and you usually have to bring the building up to code in a really short time frame before you or anyone can actually use it. Either way the true cost of the building is never just $1.
