The best thing is, it's detailed and free.
A while back, I bought the Airsoftguide DVD series to show me clearly how to work on my AEG's. They're decent and have some entertaining extras, but they're 20 bucks each.
I'd much rather use mechbox.com.
Wish I'd known about this before I spent the money on the videos.

I seriously love this website, I was playing this Sunday and stripped a piston and broke my sector gear (don't ask how I have no Idea ) luckily I had some spares, and with the help of mechbox.com I successfully replaced all of the parts and did a bit of reshimming, and got back in the game.(this was about my third time opening a gearbox) My gun is now running flawlessly. +10 jump

i just fixed my jg MP5SD5 last night. i took it down to bare gears and fixed my trigger. thanks to there mp5 and v2 mechbox guide.
it took me 2 1/2 hours all together. mainly b/c i had to figure out how to take of a front end to a SD version.
i know what you mean about the anti reversal latch. it was a bitch to keep in place. I'm thinking of upgrading to metal bushings and a polycarb. piston.
