Those tm VN mags are NOT mid caps. They still require a bb reservoir and winding.
G&P is the only company that makes "mid caps" so far. They use the standard tube and spring mechanism found in TM standard mags, but they are double stacked (the bbs are staggered in a wider tube so as to hold more bbs in the same amount of height) so they hold 130 instead of 68.
The TM VN mags are still considered hi caps, they're just shorter so they hold fewer rounds than the longer M16 hi caps.

those places may also call a super 9 good, but that doesn't make it so. The M16 vn mag is not a midcap, by definition. It is a hicap with a not so high capacity.

Lemme break it down for you...
Hicap = Winding required. Midcap = Spring fed, Capacity 50-100% more than a standard.
Easy enough... unless you have trouble with that converting information thing..
You know...thinking.

Riiight...so U r gonna b sure to insult peoples with such grammar and typing abilite. I will 2 be sure to read the class youre takeing as well, to be sure I'm not a noob at your level.
And on the subject of calling mid-caps, hi-caps etc by their respective names, is it really that big a thing? Hell, if I want to call the G&P mags tampons, and Hi-Cap mags maxi pads, I'm am certainly well within my right to do so. Obviously, it will make me seem a fool, however, isn't that enough punishment to make me want to refer to them by their correct names?

MCSE cert? That would be impressive if I didn't know that Micro$oft would give an MCSE cert to a partially-decomposed pumpkin. Well, a partially-decomposed pumpkin that dropped the dough for the course, that is.
