The OICW has already been created - looks like a heavy sucker too! This is a one-off, doubtful you will ever see another or that any company will tool up to mass produce this monster. FYI for you G36 lovers - the bottom of it is a variant of the G36. As far as it being a useful Airsoft gun....too darn heavy and probably not all that useful. I'd never carry it, but maybe Unnamed would for me, kinda' like a caddy!? ;D I can tell ya' this much.....if you see someone coming after you with the real version of this and all you have is a Tec9, I hope your "mean a$$" can beat cheeks far enough and fast enough to escape the 20mm air burst shell!

they still gotta hit you with air burst. and the thing is like a vulcan- heavy fire, but you cant hide while carrying the damn thing. yes there are a few oicws, but none in production, all are prototypes

I would like to see a new sniper rifle put on the market. Something between the quality of the Super 9 and the APS2. It would sell great. Possibly the L-86 (i think thats what its called). But for the most part, the gun shold be a more refined, less of a toy, than the Super 9. Everyone is constanly saying "I don't have the money for an APS2, but I don't want the crappy Super 9." Don't get more wrong, with the Super 9, you get what you pay for; it's an exellent springer and a good weapon to start projects on (I have one, looking to highly modify it ;D ). Anyway, thats just my two cents.

That guy needs a bath!
Anyway, the OICW would be pretty much a noose around your neck in combat and this is why; for one the gun is as big as a Volkswagen, you can’t take cover with it, its as large as your cover. Secondly, its so heavy and bulky leading targets and rapid targeting would be near impossible.
What I think the gun should be used for is something like infantry deployed artillery. Say there was a small structure such as a mobile trailer and you had to flush out the enemy, putting a few rounds through it would do just nicely.
The gun is unconventional... well until we ware exoskeleton gear to increase our aim, strength, and stamina. Till then ill just take my M16 thank you.
But dont get me wrong, for a airsoft collectors peice it defently ownz!

Haha that guy does need a bath. OICW owner Tilla of the Huns. Muahahahaha. To be honest I think the OICW is a little on the big side. Anyone else see that?

;D None of you seem to realize that the OICW is of comparable size to the Colt M4 fitted with a M203 grenade launcher. A bit bigger, obviously.
Heheh, that asian dude must be really small.

It looks too wide for my tastes. And way too much height-wise, or whatever. I'd feel like the guys from "Aliens" with their huge guns. But oh wells, I'm really really skinny so that's just me.

You have to use your weaknesses as your strengths.
For example, you might think the OICW is big and clumsy. I think that it is a perfect bb shield! It's so big it can cover up a stank mongolians torso without even trying! Try that MP5!

*Hand begins to shake uncontrollably*
Okay... right. The gun is made mostly of plastic... its not bullet proof. Secondly using it as a shield would only make your gun a huge piece of none working crap... hey but don’t get me wrong I love blocking those nato rounds with my tac master.
And for all you fool G36 lovers yawl should see tomb raider, will be out on video in a next few days to come. Lots and lots of G36s in that, plus most of them are suppressed.

i couldnt wait for the rental so i downlaoded it to watch that scene and the one where she trashes the robot. On the topic of bullet stopping, that gun wouldnt really work as an active defense only a passive one. People carry extra mags over their heart for the same reason. you never know when a bullet will hit your mags or if your unlucky, your expensive handgun =). just as a little extra protection than the normal kevlar.

Tomb Raider...is one of the best action movies ever made. When the movie started, I thought is was going to majorly blow, but it 0wn0rz! I saw it right before I bought after I bought my USP springer, and I thought, "I'll buy 2 USPs and be fricking a fricking guy Tomb Raider, screw the MP5!" Then I quickly realized the futility of that and bought the MP5. ;D
What's with all the G36s! I saw that and was pissed off, WTF, no MP5s in the entire movie! ARGH!

way too many movies star mp5's. its a nice change. the g36 is new and it needs a little publicity. not an ideal gun for those circumstances though because they have no iron sites, only the mounted 1.5x scope.
