It came together in a "Jiffy", and the guns all go "Pop", but a group of us will all meet for the first time up here in the Wild Northland on the site I've mentioned before. Pics will follow, as well as tales of valor, unbelieveable courage, and probably a few yuks ;D
Your appeals to the weather gods are appreciated!
My thanks to RabidRaven for bringing this together.

A good time was had by all at OP: Jiffy Pop (RabidRaven came up with da' name). 4 of the 6 that were going to go showed (JackStraw, Spectre, RabidRaven & Billy Da' Killer), but we still had a good time. 4 quick scenarios (2 Last Man Standing + 2 Hold The Base/Trailer) and one game of "find the USP" (it got lost during a charge, but was recovered). The combination of woodlands, forest and CQB (as provided by the trailer) resulted in a good mix. The trailer was a blast - hilarious how BB's would ricochet around inside! ;D Shooting the remaining glass windows out of the old wreck was kinda fun too! The final scenario ended with us (JackStraw & Spectre) defending the trailer against them (RabidRaven & Billy), running out of ammo in our AEG's and "holding the fort" with GGB's - only to find out when RR charged that the USP was out of gas! While I'm busy taking care of Billy out the front of the trailer with the remaining rounds in my SR16, I hear my teammate yelling "Glock, Glock!" and then OUCH! Soon thereafter I felt something in my back (gun barrel) and what I could of sworn was Clint Eastwood asking "Surrender?". Only to find out I surrendered to RR who was out of ammo!! Sorry, no pics, as I dumb-bunnied out and left the camera in my truck. Maybe next time. Is this the last skirmish for the season..........me hopes not, but we shall see.

I always carry a spring pistol. Just my small glock 17. They are so much mroe reliable than gbbs when it gets heavy. even without the rof they can defened until you can load the gbb.

yeah that was great, next time i'm gonna quit playing with the USP between rounds, rabid raven was out in the open, maybe 50 FT away, and with no cover to be seen. I kicked open the door that i was looking through the crack of, got one shot off and then the gas was out, grr.....
now it's time to order more gas and ammo...and maybe a springer too....
hmmm...jiffy pop, good name, how about Op: North Star for the newxt one?

Glad ya' had fun, I know I did. Maybe one more skirmish if we get a warm blast, but we'll have to keep an eye on the weather Op: North Star is good, but it reminds me of a friend's soccer team. G3 SG1 is now ready to rock!! Hehehehe, duck for cover!!!!!
