Just finally had an order complete with Ebaybanned. Took about two weeks to get my gun, but took almost another two weeks to get the mags I ordered with it.
For price you really can't beat it, but shipping times are a pain.
Over all, I'll give them a B-. They're all right, but not great.

I ordered a vest from them and just got it in today. It took a couple weeks to get here, no real big complaints. My tracking number never worked. The package still got here though. B+.

Put in a larger order, took 2 weeks on the dot. Never got a email saying anything shipped. Overall they seem to be a little faster in shipping by a few days then they use to be.

Yes, Paul is trying to update his processing/shipping methods, as you can see here: www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=169739He's been catching a lot of flak for one of his employees, Jesse, who seems to be entirely incompetent. But of course people are requesting quicker processing times (since it takes him nearly a week just to process an order) so he's working on that. Hopefully soon EB will be better in processing/shipping times, and maybe even customer service.

This is for retailer reviews...not products. Please stay on topic.

I emailed him about some products, his (Jesse) English is well, broken, but he replied with some rather un-detailed info about his store and products but he says if anything is wrong he will make it right. So I will give him a shot and hope everything goes good.

I placed 2 seperate orders 2 days apart. The second order i place arrived here first in just over 2 weeks. I emailed the owner about the 1st order i had placed and didnt get a response. After a second email asking if this was something i should be worried about, i got a tracking number. Somehow the number didnt work on the shipping website. I am now almost at a 4 week wait for a product that was supposedly in stock and weighs less than 4 pounds. I like theyre prices and quality on the 4 orders i have placed and recieved. It normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive. I guess I just picked an unlucky product or something this last time around. Overall rating for all orders previously placed... C-
As a side note all the previous orders i placed went smoothly and arrived in roughly 2 weeks. For some reeason these goggles i ordered are just causing problems.
EDIT*I got an email with a tracking number that works, along with a message saying the status of my package is 'delivered'. It is definately not delivered to my effin house. I looked up the tracking number and it says it arrived in Hong Kong today(july 17). So apparently its taken over 25 days to move from china to hong kong. Needless to say, my patience begins to wane. I sincerely hope that my package arrives here in one sound piece, or im liable to have me a snapfest.

Ordered a CIRAS from Ebaybanned. I was actually surprised at how nice it was for only $100 bucks. Took about 12 days from ordering to getting to my house. Over all, I'm quite impressed.
I give them an A-. It'd be an A if shipping was a bit faster, but I guess it's free so who am I to complain?

For those that don't know you can request express shipping/processing, which is usually around $15 extra for a $100 order. You just have to ask about it in the order message. The reason some orders take longer than others has to do with the number of express orders that are bumped ahead of standard orders.

WHAT?! That's actually really good to know, next time I do an order for $100 or more I'll remember that. Thanks!
+1 to you sir.

How did you go about using the express shipping? I contacted them to see how to go about it and they told me they only use Hong Kong Post as a free service.

I ordered twice from them. My first order was that Urban Digi Camo and a g36 m4 adapter kit. When I ordered it, I accidentally got the wrong size. I emailed them telling them to change the size, they emailed me back saying that they were. I got the stuff after a couple of weeks and they sent me the wrong size. So more or less, don't mess up your order, because if you email them it won't matter. Either way the prices are really good. And that transaction they emailed me notifications on everything. Then on my next order, I bought a red dot, and I never received notifications on anything. I had to email them about it, because my order was processing two weeks after I bought it. Them they emailed me about it, then it showed up next week.
Great Prices, but long shipping. B+

I don't know if they discontinued the practice, but you could just add a note in your order email to use express shipping/processing. They may just use the same shipping, but process the order faster than others for the extra cash.
