Well on wednesday (10/1/2008) I ordered a replica Aimpoint 3x magnifier, however when I went to paypal (via their link) to pay, I ran into a problem. I clicked "Pay Now", but I got an error message and I so I went back and paypal said that the payment has been sent. However, when I went to EbayBanned's site and checked my account, nothing is registered. So I'm out $71.00 right now... I emailed the "live help" and the "contact us" right away, and the site said I'd get a reply within 1.5 business days, but I haven't gotten anything back yet.
I'm pretty pissed right now that I sent them money but no order was ever actually created. If I don't get a reply by tuesday I'm going to open up a dispute with paypal.

I ordered a few things from them on the 13th of September, a week after the order I emailed Jesse to get the tracking number, he completely missed the order number that I gave him and asked what I ordered, a couple days later he tells me that he sent out my order.
So here it is, nearly a month after I placed the order it arrives.
Since they were so nice about it and they always responded fairly quickly, I'll give them a C.

You really can't complain about shipping time, since it's free. If you want that part you can find it on Ehobby Asia or WGC and they'll get it to you in 2-3 days at a cost of $40-100 for the expedience.
If you've waited a week and a half you have nothing to worry about. It too 3 weeks for a two item order to arrive and I was sent a tracking number after the items arrived.

Strange, I'm having the exact opposite experience right now. I closed the paypal page before it returned to Ebaybanned, which meant the money was sent but he didn't get the order. I recieved an email a few hours later (not knowing what I had done) with him explaining what had happened and he would be glad to fill and ship the order if I would just tell him what I had ordered. It's now on the way.
Some items I know he runs out of quickly, but he also knows he gets them back in stock in a few days. That may be why some orders run longer than others, but who knows.

I can complain about it.. and I will .. Even if it is "free" (I have noticed prices are jacked up more than other places to cover the "free" shipping) Waiting 3-4 weeks for a package the size of my hand is kind of crazy.. Even if shipping actually took that longs through EMS which it does not, it would be nice to get a conformation email, tracking on time, ect.

I had the exact same experience as Jump described above. Sent my order on December 15th, got an email from 'Amini' asking what my order was since they got the money, but not the item numbers. Still haven't received my package after more than 3 weeks, and I emailed him yesterday asking what's happening...still waiting for a response.

I'm VERY disappointed. I ordered a Plate carrier vest form them. I got it in for Christmas. Plate carrier was SUPPOSE to be in the plate carrier case, After opening NO plate? So my mother ( Person who placed order) Emailed them, they sent another one. This email was sent week after Christmas. I just got it today. And guess what? NO PLATE! So until they can get a simple order right, I won't be ordering with them any more.

Not that they didn't wrong you, but making replica plates is easy as pie. Cut out about 5 sheets of cardboard in the shape of a plate, bend them appropriately, and wrap them in duct tape. Voila, replica plates in less than 10 minutes. Don't get me wrong, they fucked you and I wouldn't order from them either, if I was in your shoes. I just thought this might be an easier solution for you than trying to sort things out with them.

Did it exclusively say "Comes with plate included". I was just looking through their plate carriers, and I have to say, a lot of them say "No plate included" at the bottom.
Not saying you were stupid to overlook it, but it may be a possibility? A lot of times, Chinese replica PC's don't actually come with the plate.
Also, if its something that they include extra (as in normally if you bought it from.. say.. rsov, it wouldn't come with the plate), I noticed that they are out of stock on replica hard plates. That may have something to do with it.

Ill be able to confirm Ebaybanned's fail/win rate in about 1-2 weeks when the bipod I ordered comes. If they can get a simple order of one item right, more power to them I guess.

Just got some stuff from them earlier this week. Took roughly two weeks to get here, so not bad from Hong Kong. I'll give them a B simply because I got no tracking or anything on it. Only reason I knew it had arrived was because the post office tried to deliver it and I wasn't home.
