I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from them, anywhere from mags, batteries, holsters, guns, etc. And they seem to get it to me on their own time line. Takes about 8-10 days. The only time it took longer then that was when my gun was stuck in customs. There prices are average to what everyone else charges. But the one thing i dont really like is there customer service. You pretty much have to call a california number (long distance not 1-800) And then leave them a message saying what you want. If your lucky they will call you back in the next 2-3 days.

I've been pretty happy with them, nice selection, average service,(I've yet to order anywhere that the service was better) and shipping times were exactly what they quoted to me. The only other factor is that everything I've ordered from them were in stock items.

I purchased {sp} my M-4 from them a while back. They were very helpful/friendly, i used e-mail however... The only is that i didn't recive my order when it was due, but that was because i forgot to fill out the waiver, oops I also got my CA MP5 from them, on special. Now i just have to finish modding that... overall i think they are very good.

I ordered an m16 with a tn barrel(a few other things too) and they thought they could scam me or something by putting a Systema barrel in there. It could of been a mistake but i was pissed off. I would give them a D, cuz after i told them this they still gave me s**t.

I just ordered their top 1,000 rnd. drum mag and G&G high cap M4 mag and theyve got prices that are debatable but they are convinient enough to take paypal so the ole' lady dont see the $$$ go, heh heh heh. But shipping is alright at least they shot me a tracking # to get a idea of when it was to arrive. Their descriptions are something to be desired tho, they dont give a lot of info out. Ide give them a 7 out of ten over all.

I have to add that After i have ordered a LOT of stuff from them the past year. Things i think they won't have in stock. They always do. Which goes a long ways in my book. Shipping is still seeming like it takes 1 1/2 weeks. But i agree with the descriptions. But i love their selection of Guarder Gear/Accesories/ and magazines.
I would raise my rating to a B now.

Do they completely remove the Trademarks off of the guns? Particularly the M16's?

That's one of those things you may want to contact them about.

Do they completely remove the Trademarks off of the guns? Particularly the M16's? yes and no... anything that says Colt is gone, but things like M4 and "LAUNCHER, GRENADE 40MM : M203 Y/B 393199 U.S.A." are still there... thats off my TM 203 i got from them everything is there but Colt, same with the M4 i got from them.

Back on September 16th (it was a Friday, if I recall correctly...) I placed an order with Airsoft Extreme for four standard M14 mags. Not quite three months later (83 days), it has finally shipped. At no point was it ever indicated that the mags were not in stock. In fact, I had to send several angry emails to the folks at AE before I got the word that they'd have my goods in by "October". Knowing well that this meant "November, probably," I was still surprised to see December come and no merchandise.
I am not pleased. A simple notification at order time would have placated my anger - but AE took the cowards way. It's nice to see that they haven't cancelled my order in the interim (despite having charged my card almost immediately; it showed up on the September MasterCard bill, that's for damn sure). QuantumView says I'll have my mags by the end of the week, fully 86 days after ordering.
In the mean time, I have ordered and received M14 mags from another web store. Rest assured I'll be using them and not Airsoft Extreme from now on.
[EDIT] Got the items today. I might be picking because I'm already dissatisfied, but the packaging was lackluster and there was no invoice included. Luckily, everything was included and there was no damage. Overall grade: D [/EDIT]

I had the same problem with a 3300 mAh NiMH cell when I first bought my SR-16. Almost two months went by before I finally got on the phone with someone there and they said, "They're out of stock and our supplier is back-ordered." here's a hint - if a week or two goes by and the item is still back-ordered, NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER. I don't mind waiting for an item provided I a) know I'm waiting and the order's not just lost or cancelled, and b) have some reasonable expectation of when that item is likely to become available.

I have yet to have a problem from them. I have ordered well over $800.00 worth of stuff from them. I've always received my items in about a week or too, but I've never ordered a gun from them until yesterday we'll see how long it takes them to get that here.

A+. but i am biased due to the fact that i live not 2 1/2 miles from one of their stores. the reason it usually takes a few days to ship items out is because all interweb orders go to the Santa Clars store(Central CA), AEX has 5 stores from San Diego to SAC. Thats almost 700 miles. now orders for items that are not in the SC have to be shipped from the other stores to them before they can ship it to the buyer. i know it sounds stupid but thats the way they do it. Now heres another little fact that i dont think many of you know. one of the owners of AEX(i think there are 4) is Owner/Partial owner of Spartan Imports. so if it has to do with Classic Army products they always get them first.

AEX is starting to piss me off.
I ordered an AG36 grenade launcher from them two weeks ago, with 2-3 day shipping. I got the package inside of a week, which was great. Unfortunately, of the two pieces that should've been mailed, one was missing. I immediately sent them an email that day.
2 days later, after no reply, I sent another email.
24 hours later, after no reply, I sent another email.
I called them yesterday, the first business day I could. Nobody answered so I left a voice mail. It would've been 2PM PST when I called. I left my phone number and asked to be called back.
Today, no one answered and I left another voice mail after no return call was made from the previous call.
So, I'm starting to get mad about this. I can understand a simple shipping error occuring but I can't understand every attempt at contacting customer service going completely unanswered or ignored. If I don't hear back from them today, I'll just use auto-dial and start calling them every twenty minutes or so tommorow until I do get a response (I've got a lot of spare time).
