I have been trying to find a store that sells .2 gram BB's near my house. I have tried Dunhams Sports, the local Army Surplus store, and Meijers and none of them sell .2 bb's. Is there either: a. a store near Ann Arbor that sells .2's, or b. a chain of stores that carry .2's (that Ann Arbor might have...)

Probably not. I buy all my BB's through The 6mm Shop, which is just as good.

hint: if you can get them at Dunhams, you probably don't want to be running them through anything but a springer.
Buy from 6mm shop. The prices are hard to beat, and the service is awesome.

I've seen .2s at Cabelas. They were some brand I've never heard of before, but they were clearly labelled as .20g.

The Dunhams in Ann Arbor just stopped carrying airsoft guns, probably because they're calling them firearms in washtenaw county. Harry's only has low quality crap bbs, as does Meijers. Even if they had .2's, I wouldn't feed them to my guns. And as far as I know, there are no other stores in Ann Arbor that sell anything airsoft related. You might be try MC Sporting Goods near Target. I know they carry some paintball stuff, so they might have picked up on airsoft too. They'll still probably sell horrible bbs that you shouldn't run through a straw, let alone a gun. Order your bbs online like the rest of us. The 6mm shop takes two days to ship to Ann Arbor, so it's not like there's much waiting involved.

Ok thanks. I will order from 6mm Shop. I have a question though, what brand should I order? The only things I would be running them through would be my UHC-MP5-SD3, or my Taurus PT-92 probably. I don't have a AEG or GBB. I like the enviroment friendly Bio BB's, but they are very expensive, also I was wondering how degradeble are they? If I left them in a hot car for a couple of hours would they melt?

Excel, TM, AE, and KSC are all top notch brands, and suitable for your purposes.

The bio's wont melt in your car, unless you fill the bag with water and leave it sit for a year. They are bio-degradable, but still take a year or two to actually decompose.

Thanks, unfortunately 6mm Shop has no Excel Bio-BB's. They have Bioval, but I am not sure if that is a good brand...?

Hm. He used to stock the excel bios...wonder why he stopped.
Never used biovals...you might want to ask the question over at airsoftplayers, where you'd get a larger number of views, and a better chance of response.

I'd suggest emailing the shop and asking. I know that they will remove items from the web site if they're out of stock.

Hey I did some numbers on the Bio BB's from a few different sites.
From 6mm Shop, I could get roughly 130 BB's per dollar, but from AirSoft Arms I could get roughly 231 BB's per dollar.
Is AirSoft Arms a good site? Reliable? It is so much cheaper to get Bio's from them... what do you guys think I should do?
Arms or 6mm?

Alright... does anyone know the shipping on BB's from 6mm Shop? I would just be ordering one pack of Bio's. I know it is 10.00 from AirSoftArms, so just for price comparison how much is it from 6mm?
