I <3 Prose. I'll be stoppin by the shop on my next trip down. Gotta run over a few ideas with you guys. Unfortunately you guys quit carrying CA M-24's, so I gotta drive over to Airsoft Arms to pick it up.
AirsoftSMITH is a great shop, I've played with the guys and ordered one of my guns through em, they do great work. 2 thumbs up.

I just got completed getting some guns repaired with them. They rewired and fixed my AEG in just a few days for $30 and a pistol for 15+5 for a spring. When something was still didn't work, they refunded me. Quick and speedy contact. Whenever something was wrong or needed work, they called me and talked about it on the phone. I give them an A.

I visited the Airsoft Smith retail store while I was in Columbus for the weekend, and I have to say that it is a great place. I didn't have the money to buy anything, but I stayed there and talked with the owner for probably 45 minutes. Every question I had got answered. A+ on customer service at the retail store. If any of you go to Columbus, I recommend stopping by and checking it out. It's real small, but well stocked with TM and CA guns, and great customer service, so once again A++++!!!

Id like to say that Airsoft Smith has been the best experience in purchasing Airsoft supplies ive ever had. The last time i was in the store, the owner (paul) actually pulled everything i was purchasing out of its respective boxes and tested it all in store, because he found out i live over 2 hours away, and he didnt want me to have to drive all the way back, because of something he sold me. Also they have a new Retail store, that just opened up. (no where nearer to michigan, i know, sucks) thats even bigger than the one they just moved out of.

Well, two of my friends have had guns there also. Recently, one just got back, after being shipped in Dec 06, roughly 4 months to get back. Second friend has had his gun their since January. Still working on it right now apparently. Hasn't been good.

Well today at 12:30 P.M. I ordered a barrel, hop up bucking, and 2 batteries, and I received my ups tacking number at 2:00 P.M. Things are looking good so far.

Ordering from may not be bad, but I would avoid getting stuff repaired there.

From what I have read here I would agree that repairs are a no no, but my order will be in today.

You can get the Echo 1 AUG phantom for $136 at airsplat.com. Much better than $199.

I've never had a problem with their repairs. Paul and Andy built me a TM M4 a few years ago. Thing ran perfect till I fried it. They had it back up and running quick. I've never had any doubts about their repair ability.
