I dont know what i should do. I know bill has great customer support but his prices are not the cheapest. Ive never had an AEG and know ill need help but dont know if i should pay more and go with bill. or order from 2 or 3 places and get it cheaper.

If you know you'll need help, order from where you can get it. The low cost of ordering from cheaper places or overseas evaporates very quickly once you have to ship the replica back.

i would go with bill i've bought a few things from him and have never been happier with what i've got. the stuff i've got from him has not broken or fell apart yet but i know if they do then he will take care of it quick and easy plus he isan't that expensive compared to overseas distributors they might have cheep prices on there pruducts untill you see the shipping charge and like i've said before i would much rather buy from a united states distributor and keep there buisness going plus his store is right here in michigan

If you can get it cheaper and still get good service, go for it. I'd order from combat depot myself, if I were ordering from the US. They're about as far away as 21ca, their prices are usually better, and they offer just as much customer support. Give them a look see: www.combatdepot.com

One problem with CombatDepot right now: They're closed till Aug. 10th. No orders will be shipped out till then.

I do not recall every hearing of them sponsoring events or given free prizes away. So to say the customer service is just as good is very offensive. I know that you and I have had a great deal of difference Knief so thats your choice but I do have to disagree on the customer service. How many others stores can make there own custom parts.

Combat Depot has been giving prizes for raffles since they were Airsoft Toys, which was almost two years ago. I remember winning an EBB from them at Op: White Thunder in Sept. '02.

Combat Depot also supplied a good deal of the prizes for Op: Blind Fury. Francois (Blade) is a good guy, and willing to go the extra mile for you if necessary.
I'm not trying to take anything away from you, Bill, but unless you've dealt with someone as a customer, it's tough to comment on their service record, especially as a retailer (and competitor).

We give raffles and prices away since 4 years. We were doing it with www.airsofttoys.com and I keep doing it with www.combatdepot.com . Matter of fact, I will sponsor Longrear rifle for Northern Wind ;D And with all due respect 21CA, please do not comment on what you worth compare to me, it's honestly not the place for this. You have good things to offer, I have the same on my side

Agreed Blade, no disrepspect was ment. We travel all over the place and it seems like most events fall short on vendors willing to help the community.

Well, beside the Fran bar event that I missed because I was out of town, I'm usually in the field with the trailer full of goodies, so yeah, I do think I do my part since a long time for the community (My wife think even too much I guess we will see you next weekend for Urgent Cause?
