after looking around for a while and talking Bill let us check out the Glock 26 and let us all fire a few rounds off at an osama picture. hmm... Glock 26... that wouldn't have a have 26c? perhaps my 26c Bill, haha, just kiding anyway although my glock has been taking quite a while to fix Bill has kept in communication and it is a rather strange problem but Bill has been of great help. By the way any updates... I concur that 21ca has great people skills

psycho smurf, we understand, but its our money and time too bud... joe payed a lot for repairs... it was apparently a lot of work, and a lot of time, but it took out of joe's time playing airsoft, and hed get jealous/upset everytime wed break off hanging out with him, because we had schedualed to go play airsoft in the middle of the day
you say we dont understand, howabout you drop $550 on a gun, and love it like a freind... then have it leave for 3 months, and get slapped with a bill, whilst watching your best buddies and teamates enjoy their guns
"Well they didn't seem to care whether I was spending any money or not. Bill and James spent hours with me talking, B.S.'ing and explaining the different guns and how they worked to me and my girlfriend." -psychosmurf
^^ Do you even know what B.S. means, because you basically just said he made a bunch of shit up to explain how guns worked to you
i dont mean to be mean, but that kind of irks me, id have to assume bill actually knows what he talking about with these sort of things, and hes not BSing

Read the sentence again, Josh. There's a comma there.
Hence, Bill was BSing (having casual conversation), and also explaining the workings of the guns.

yea, see my understanding of BS is "Your BSing me" (kidding) "What a bunch of BS" (absolutely unnecassary lies or information) "He gave me a bunch of BS" (he gave me a hard time) "Yea, he likes to BS a lot" (50% of all things he sais come straight out of his ass) if never heard of BS being used in describing casual conversation, but yea, i guess that works

Honestly I've never heard of it either. Perhaps it derrives from "shooting the crap" or "tossing the crap around" -catcher in the rye

a: i always use bs'ing to describe casual talk b: i have had a number of experience3s at 21ca,and all of them good. i was looking at helping out there for a while back last spring, but wife/kids/work etc... just put a damper on it. but bill is a great guy and if i had a choice in boss, i'd take a guy like him no matter what the profession. c: most importantly (there is a severe lack of this in retail these days), he has an extensive knowlege about what he sells. i have never had a quesion go unanswered. nothing peeves meoffmore than when i go into a store and knowmore about what they sell than they do. but i never stop learning when i'm at 21CA. Kudos to you guys and keep up the great work

This is definetley the correct thread title for 21st Century Airsoft.
I drove up from the Detroit area on Sunday afternoon (Bill opened his doors to the machine shop and the store for a guided after-hours tour) and spent probably 3 hours there simply learning more and more about airsoft. While in the machine shop and the retail store, Bill explained everything I had questions on and then some.
Not sure which AEG to buy? Why not test it out? Bill let me shoot any of the guns that he had in stock and explained the pros and cons of each while at the same time letting me form my own opinions as I shot and experimented with each gun.
Needless to say, this was a GREAT experience and anyone who is as new to airsoft as myself would be doing themselves a HUGE favor by going to 21stCA in person.
After reading lots of airsoft forums for a few months now, (again thanks to everyone involved with MIA for all the info) I'm glad I made the journey to Grand Haven. It was MORE than worth it as there are just some things you need to see in person (speaking as a newb).
Also, while I was there, I purchased my first AEG. The new TM M4 S-System. While I'm not quite knowledgeable enough yet to give a review, (although I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night ;D )I'll just say that this thing is very cool and I'm sure I'll be posting something more on it after I've had it for a while.
One more thing... Prior to my actually purchasing the gun, Bill went online to other US retailers and made sure he was giving me the best possible out the door price we could find.
To sum up, 21st Century Airsoft = SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and fantastic prices. In my opinion (while still a newb), there is no question that I'll be going there for all of my airsoft needs. Well done Bill.

I strongly admit that 21st century is pretty darn good at what they do. I have been pretty much looking at the pros and cons of several AEG brands and weapons and chose the CA M15A4. And when I got it today, I was very pleased with Bill and James at 21st century.
I am already buying my 2nd weapon from them a KJW Elite IA Full Metal.
They both answered my emails very quickly. And even after their store hours! Which tells me they are serious about helping and satisfying us, their customers!
