^^ Agree with Fish.
Though no experience with the whole sales/repair area, haven't bought anything or had anything repaired by him yet.
And just so we're all clear, I will reiterate it again:
We were only joking around about him stealing the paint job idea... we really don't care.

I wish we could all just drop this crap. There is obvisouly going to be people who will worship bill to the end of time and others of use who know the "truth".
My personal experience from Bill.... He cheats every oppurtinty given on the field and I was sick of him making promise after promise of this and that. All talk but I never saw any results of this talk.
I have had several team mates get ripped off. I hear there version of their story and well I am going to have to believe them over the retailer. No matter who it is.

Understandable . I too don't agree with Bill and most of his chioces. Just it is really hard to know all that has been done to make 21st work . I'm sorry that there are bad feelings and more . Please try not to judge the whole with the few ,Thank you

When it comes to the whole topic of 21st I perfer to stay like switzerland and remain out any conflict unless I have no other choice. When it comes to the whole thing with the painting it more or less comes down to the fact that as far as any of us could tell he never had any intention of doing paint jobs untill he saw our guns (Me, Fireman and butters). After that the post about duracoat shows up on his web site and unless theres some strange time warp going on we did offer to paint guns befor he did. So in a way you could say he "borrowed" or expanded on our idea. But like its been said we really don't care. We started by painting our guns and thought we would see if anyone was intrested in haveing us pait there guns for them since we had fun doing it, it would be some extra cash in our pocket and a fun activity for the four of us on a weekend or something like that when we wern't playing airsoft. Now on the other hand if someone would like their gun painted and don't want to pay whatever bill is charging we'd be willing to do that.
Bottom line: We were just more or less commenting on how it was interesting that after bill saw our guns he decided to take up painting.

No one is blaming you malak its not your fault, I know you your a great guy who's just trying to help out when ever you can. The simle fact is he tries to dable in every thing he can but in the prcess lets more important things slip through the cracks, such as custemer care, its cool that you no how to paint a gun, but if it takes up to much of your time so that your orders arent being maid in a timely fashion or your repairs arent bing profomed, people will lose intrest and think that they been done wrong by, even though thats not at all what he's trying to do. Another thing instead of trying so hard with law enforcement he should be out their with the every day airsofter showing that he does care about the local seen and that we are trying to build it so every one has a more enjoyable experince. Im working on law enfocement and military contracts too, but you have to balance every thing so that all aspects of the buisnes is looked after and gets the full amount of attention. Winter is a slowe time locally for airsoft so thats the perfect time to talk to law enforcement, Spring summer and fall are prime airsoft playing time and should have full attention, But this is just my opinion. Also malak please come out and play at an ACO rec day all the guys miss haveing you around, bring james and bill for just a good fun day of airsoft like it used to be, no strings, no bullshit, just fun

I am new to this forum and still considered fairly new to airsoft. I wanted to let you know of my experience with Bill from 21st.
As far as customer care, I have never had someone go out of there way like he did. I was headed to Fort Bragg on a Monday and my TM M-4 took a crap on the Friday prior. I drove to the store on Friday he looked at the gun, explained what had happened. Basically he showed me it would be more cost effective to just trade that weapon in, and purchase a new weapon. I went down on Saturday to pick the weapon up, but my Debit Card got declined (Gotta love Mil Pay). He made himself available on Sunday, I went down to pick it up, he upgraded it for free, shooting right around 405 FPS. He threw in a Bag of BB's and called me 2 times in the weeks that follwed to ensure everything was G2G. Anytime I have any issues I call him personally and he squares me away. Just wanted to share my experience.

This is all true ,and I agree with Fish and Wildcard there does have to be a balance . There is the problem both for you guys the customer and me the guy offering his time . Believe me its tuff . James and I both try and try to get more focus on the all around airsofter and then the law/mil markets . We've even offered to head it up and handle it ourselves . Sorry guys I'm trying to get James and the rest of section8 out very soon.
On a side note I (at home ,on my own ,not 21st stuff) do paint GBB the slides anyway they look pretty sweet if you ask me . Pm me if you want suggestions.

Allright all that is even remotly worthwhile in this thread has been said. It's been hashed over much we all know the opinions now. Any questions PM me otherwise this thread is absolutly locked.
Luke
EDIT: Despite the fact that this thread is worthless it was brought to my attention that it was the last 21st CA thread not locked in this forum. So in my opinion I'm tired of hearing the same issues over and over again. We know that some people are pissed at Bill and other people love him, if your want the details of why read the rest of the thread. From here out only new issues/topics about 21st CA no rehashing the same crap over and over again.
