Awesome store and great prices!! I have known Devildog for more than a year now and I can tell you he is a great fella. I just bought a Mp5a4, 2 hicaps and some silicone oil from him at his store for 250 bucks. Even though the store is not as stocked as I thought it would be, it was awesome going there, talking to an airsofter and getting repairs ready on some old equipment. Just so you know Devildog, you have team SBD's good word and our back if some bs comes up. I will be shopping from you now on.
Hey, ordered out 3 bags of Stealth bb's about 4 week ago. Still no word and they are not here. Curious on what is going on and why their e-mail is invalid as well as their phone number. Can anyone please help me so I can get the things I paid for? I posted that earlier and still no answer. Filed a claim on paypal, money has been taken out. So obviously he is there taking money, but not giving any service back. Sorry for not posting anything earlier.

Though Eagle didn't give any good reason (since he has no reasons on his post for his comment) Black Mesa has really started lacking in quality. I don't know why he hasn't been responding to my e-mails along with others that have been trying to e-mail him. I guess he lost his passion for the sport but I'm clueless why he would want to hurt others by not giving them their money back at least. He's a great guy but I don't understand what is going on and why he would act this way. I rank it from a great A to a horrible F.

Paul hasn't been responding to my pms or emails either. I haven't tried to call him yet, mostly because I've never had to before.
I sent him my gearbox for an upgrade and repair and there was satisfactory communication while explaining what I wanted him to do for me and he let me know when he received it. Then my gearbox was stuck in limbo for a while. He didn't update me on progress and I didn't here from him at all for a few weeks. I only recently got my gearbox in the mail (the wait wasn't too long) but without any communication. During the weeks that I lost contact with him, I had sent several PMs asking for a price to pay him. Never receiving a bill or anything of the sort, he remains unpaid. I would certainly pay him if he told me how much I owed him for his service.
I also had a problem that I may not be able to pin on paul. I'm certain that I'm missing some wiring from my gearbox. Now, I'm almost positive that I included everything gearbox-related when I sent my parcel out to Paul but I've been careless before. Unfortunately, no matter who's responsible, my gun won't work without it
I'd be perfectly appeased if I were able to touch base with him and just find out what's up. The only thing that's bothering me is that uncertainty. Until I can chat with him, I remain skeptical about the future performance of his business.

Wha...what? What is this Matt, has the ball licking stopped?!?
Tj ordered an SR-16 from them about a year ago, and it took like 2 weeks to get to him They do have good prices on some of there stuff though, although I have never done business with them. Hey, there better than 21st...
Plastic slide + green gas = unhappy plastic slide.
Dude that was a year ago, this has happened recently with DD and no one to my knowledge really knows why. Currently he's not better than 21 CA because he has stopped replying to his customers and stopped everything else for that manner. I, however, don't like 21CA so I recommend that if you need a dealer, avoid both 21CA and Black Mesa. I hope Paul will come out of the dark and help regain his reputation but for now he's digging himself in a deep hole.
