Normally I wouldnt double post but its been so long, I figured it would be alright. Here are my babies.. Top is a Cmo28 middle is a Cmo36 bottom is an A&K Svd "I just got the Svd" Soon one of the Ak's will be Tactical. More than likely the Cmo28 since the stock is already missing the rear plate.

Did you ever figure out why it wasn't feeding?

Nah, havent even touched it since the game, except for this pic, haha. I considered breaking it down today but the ball and chain has me working my tail off so I havent had much time. "painting the bedroom, doing window trim etc.." I cant imagine what could be wrong with it, it shot fine all the time, and all day at the game till you needed it

Got rid of the A&K spring Svd, and got the Aim Svd gbbr. So far its pretty sweet. Recoil on this girl is badass!

Here is my newish WE SVD: I made a few changes externally, - I re-stained the stocks to a red mahogany color
- I scrubbed down some paint with scot-brite
- I installed a PSO-1 replica scope
I still need to finish milling my custom compensator to replace the large orange flash-hider and affix my bayonet (for display purposes). Hopefully this baby will see action in the near future.

Excellent job on the weathering!
I demand more larger, clearer pictures!

That's looking really cool, Ożga. Maybe some darker paint on the bolt to match the wear on the receiver better, and some "distressing" of the wood. Wears some spots down, take a few chips here and there, make it look like it's been around the Bloc a few times.

It sure does take a leap of will to beat up your own gun. Some people call their guns, "my baby", and you don't just beat up your baby.

If it's wood and metal, it needs to be beat up... Fantastic job on the SVD. Makes me want one...
How does it shoot?

I finally had the chance to chrono it saturday; it's shooting around 475 +/-3fps. I had some problems with the blowback being inconsistent during the winter, but after tightening all the screws and with the weather getting warmer, the blowback is hard and consistent. Out of the box, there was little need for adjusting; I was shooting dead accurate at 120ft, but I haven't had the chance lately to shoot from any further distance. I heard the gun comes with a 6.03mm tightbore, but I haven't checked it with a caliper.
