We play a lot of Dungeons and Dragons, and also Mage Knight, and some of the people we play with dont do drugs what they like to do is Nitrous Oxide and do that when they play.
Legal, and you can buy it w/o a prescription in 4 places in Battle Creek.
I have never done it before, but I will say that is is funny as hell to play D&D with em.

No! holy sh!t no!
please, I'm telling you, "whip-its" are not good! I know that you prolly won't listen to me, but please don't try them. If you want to know how it works here it is:
Nitrious molecules are larger than oxygen molecules so they can't be absorbed at a same rate. The brain from lack of oxygen feels "high." Your brain needs a proper flow of blood and oxygen to fire neurons properly. If there is a build up of blood anywhere in the brain you could have an anyrism, which causes instant death. Needless to say this is bad for you.

I've lived in MI 41 years, and I've heard "it" called numerous things, none of which matter. The only aspect of the "drug war" that is racial is what race gets arrested most often. The stats tell you what has happened, but not necessarily why.
Ed, you mention supply & demand, I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. think about the economics of the "inner city" and what many there do to make a living or to stay alive. Employment is not always available and neither are legal business activities, so many sell products & services that are in demand, many of which are illegal, and they get caught from time to time. There is a higher number of folks per square mile in the inner city, thus a higher number that get involved in things they should not. Please do not tell us that the demographics of the inner city make this a racially-influenced war. You have your horse pushing the cart here.
As well, why are we waging a "war" on our own people. War will not cure a supply/demand problem, and this is not worth killing, maiming or imprisoning people over. England/Britain are in the throws of legalising pot after some extensive research, please look into it. Also, prohibition did not prove successful either DUE TO DEMAND FOR THE PRODUCT. Even in states where airsoft is illegal (supply has been controlled), people still get the guns & supplies (because they want them bad enough).
Meanwhile, while you look into curbing demand (good luck), laws against the growing of hemp deny us some great products (don't get funny here, do the research into what we used to use hemp for and its inherent benefits) at a lower cost (for example - your jeans would last a whole lot longer if they were made as they used to be). As well, others are denied the medical benefits (without serious or awful side effects) proven to be associated with cannabis because we as a society continue to try and protect us from ourselves with blanket rules & laws. As an example, how would you feel if laws were enacted making airsoft illegal in MI, just because some a few folks got hurt because they decided not to take the proper safety measures (mouth guards or goggles or whatever).
I'm for curbing demand and providing treatment, but the $$ have to come from somewhere. How about from taxes on the "evil weed" rather than continuing to toss our hard earned tax $$ at this - and we don't even use it! Ultimately we have to be responsible for ourselves and what we do to ourselves. Do you really want the government spending their time and $$ on this when we have much larger problems to deal with now? This "problem" is way down the list.........and this post could go on forever on this debate. Might I suggest we let it go, as I'd rather discuss airsoft!

I agree. Even though I have about a MILLION things to say to you I think that we should be spending this time on airsoft and airsoft related topics. For example: does anybody have any interesting customs stories? (the topic of this thread is on customs so I thought I would follow suit)
When I ordered my first AEG, the packaging that covered the box got ripped somewhere between Hong Kong and here. So when the customs people looked at the big box they saw a big picture of an MP5. Boy were they surprised! It took a few phone calls but eventually I did get my gun back. The funny thing was when the customs inspector whom I had many pnone conversations with came to my house to drop it off. He asked me a few questions about how I would use the gun, and then said "Model 5, huh? We use the same things where I work." (I didn't know they sent THAT type of customs inspector to my house.) He had a puffy coat on so I couldn't see if he was packing heat or not, but needless to say I was impressed.
What I though was the oddest thing was that throughout the whole process, they never asked for my ID or my license number or anything like that.
Does anyone else have a story they would like to share?

One quick thing about pot being legal (maybe) in England. England, like most of Europe has a drinking age much lower than the US. Everyone quotes how they have low incidents of teenage drunk driving , ect but what they dont say is that the alcoholic rate is about triple that of the US. There is a payoff everywhere.
On the subject of customs- is it really likely to have customs situations? Ive gotten a couple things form Hong Kong without any problems.

After that one incident I have made maybe a dozen orders (including 2 more guns and many parts) and I have had no problems...BUT I haven't made any orders since sep. 11 so the situation may be a bit different.
Despite the recent events I must suggest to all of you to make HK orders. Now it's easier than ever and you save a lot of money. Plus you can order more rare accessories with better quality.

Hehe, bet you got a shock when he said that, I know I have. My stepdad was an Airborn Ranger and in the USAF Air Rescue Service. He said they got to play around a lot with MP-3s. The joy of being in the special forces is that you get to play with anything and everything. That's why I want to get into the ARS, a lot of fun and you have freer reign than fucking legs (infantry).

Ed: Thanks for getting all this back on topic Here's a customs story for you... (too tired to type it all out, will just copy paste from post i made on other forum) A couple years ago I was travelling around the world, and while in europe I picked up a MP5 A5 and a cheapo Academy Glock26 springer for a pretty good price, I managed to play with them for ONE day before I moved on with my travelling and went to Australia. I didn't know about any laws reguarding airsoft, and I didn't really think much about them. When I got to the airport in Perth and the old hairy customs guy opened my suitcase up for inspection, you should have seen the look on his face when he spotted the MP5. He was shaking! hehe. He picked it up and other people around me waiting for their luggage to be checked actually stepped back in fear. Then....came the most evil words ever uttered. "Naaah Mate!,....Ya Caaahn't ave That!" And the dweeb started to walk away with it! So I'm like..hey dumbass! you cant just take that away and say I can't have it, I want to see actual written laws stating that I can't. I argued with the guy for half an hour holding up the entire line of travellers behind me, before he got fed up with me and more customs officers came to help, they took me aside and we argued for an hour more, none of them could provide me with an actual law stating I couldnt have it. One of them even said stores can SELL them but no one can import them. Which is nuts. Another old guy said "Its only a 15 dollar gun mate, why do ya care so much about it?" And I just gave him the hairy eyeball look of doom, and told him the actual cost. They later agreed to hold it for me at the airport, we filled out some paperwork, putting down info about the gun, marking it and everything so that I could first get clearance with Federal And State police, then come and pick it up. HA!...all a plot just to get me to leave I found out in the end. After days of calling one department after another, I was told there was nothing I could do. And my beloved MP5 was lost...forever. Now you all think thats pretty bad right there...but it gets worse. A couple weeks pass and I'm watching the news when I hear that all airsoft guns the Perth Customs have confiscated during the past couple years were going to be destroyed. And they showed actual footage of it happening. A gigantic pile of weapons, springers , gbb's and rifles, just piled all over the place, then then.... *VROOOOOOOOOOM----VROOOOM--VROOOOOOM!!!* A frickin bulldozer marched its way all over them..TOTALLY destroying every gun there. I swear I had tears in my eyes after seeing such a catastrophe! *sigh* fucking customs!

It's STILL not here?? Good lord man, its been almost a month now hasn't it?
What does the TNT tracking site say? Is it still delayed somewhere? That's just not right you know. I hope you've emailed Eddie about it, I doubt he would ship the gun without making sure all the trades were covered + orange.
I hope you get it soon, something must be up, even Mr Jackstraw and Ammo990 got their orders already, and they ordered long after you did.

Nooooo! They just destroyed all those guns for no reason?
I'm glad that in this country something that ugly doesn't happen. Who wants to put in some money to start an Airsoft Holocaust foundation, and put these men to justice?

Aye, twas a horrible sight indeed. I still sigh and get all upset just thinking about it. I was surprised by the size of the pile too, it was pretty huge! Airsoft springers, GBB's, AEG's all flooped around the ground, boxes of brand new GBB's...everything all in perfect condition. Then...SQUISH! sad sad day.
