Again, much like Airsoft Players (any similiarity is purely conincedental) this as it is so aptly titled, the gear disscussion thread to the gear photos.
....My stuff rocks ;D
As of yet, I've to wear the complete CQB outfit, and my WWII winter gear, however, a few of the GK guys can attest the practicability of the WWII summer garb in a summer Southern Michigan Enviroment.
I've also, unfortunately, not been able to get a picture of my USMC Marpat camo, as I'm waiting for my new vest/pouches to come. Suprisinly, my current summer outfit works quite well. Obviously, I'm too cheap to buy a proper BDU jacket and am stuck with the Vietnam vintage shirt, it seems to break out the outline a bit better. The newest addition is the helmet net for my K-Pot, which as soon as I can procure some die, I'll tie some greened burlap strips to it, and have a proper camoflage "shaggy pot"

Nice stuff, Motown!
The WWII gear is real nice in the summer, it worked well on our hill. Though, seeing Pvt. Motown carrying an SR-16 kinda ruined the image. ;D

...any WWII airsoft weapon is on my "to get" list, but, it's been the same way for the past year or two if that's any indication to how soon one will be in my hands Whatever part of the image Frostees' SR16 ruined, it did get a few kills, including him I may reiterate

Amazing collection you have there Motown. I didn't even know you owned that much gear! I don't believe I've seen that other tactical vest of yours before. (Pro-Carry Systems In'tl Modular Tactical Vest) How do you like it and if you don't mind me asking, how much did pay for it? I'm going to have to take some new pictures just for this thread as I've sold off some of my older gear as well as added some new goodies to my collection. Still waiting for one order to come in, so as soon as it does I'll be adding some pictures too. mmmm@paraclete Also...Great thread idea!

The Pro-Carry vest isn't bad, its certainly served its purpose quite well. I purchased it from a person on Ebay about a year and a half ago for $45 + shipping (I think was 10 dollars, cant recall exactly) Unfortunately, the company has gone out of business I believe. Here are some more pics of the vest in a little better detail, and showing it's attachment system. (forgive the brightness of the photos, I didn't think it necessary/I'm too lazy to TCB) dpdteam.clanalliance.com/vest1.jpgdpdteam.clanalliance.com/vest2.jpgdpdteam.clanalliance.com/vest3.jpgdpdteam.clanalliance.com/vest4.jpg--as far as how much stuff I actually have, I could've probably worked two or three more pictures with what I have, but it would be a lot more retread with some of the other stuff already pictured ;D

I'm a camo freek, so about the only thing negetive that I can say about your gear is that it is really monocolor, although you do get bonus points for the US Arctic gear.

I do have a set of USMC issue MARPAT hanging in my closet, just not fancy enough gear to even the inherent sexyness of Digital Camo I suppose the reason why I've kept the OD going for so long, is that it works extremely well. Spring/Summer/Fall it's able to retain almost all of its camoflage/outline breaking properties flawlessly. Since its effectiveness is so great, I felt it more prudent to upgrade my pants (as I was wearing a pair of Polish issue two inches too short pants for a long time) and keep that "scheme" not to mention the fact that woodland camo is sooo passe and petticoat

Yeah, but it's the only thing I have. As soon as I get a job I'm going to start saving up and then as soon as I have enough I'm going to start building my Danish kit, then I'll have the most l33t camo in MiA.

Don’t listen to that big dumb giant, Danish Flectarn is the most leet camo pattern out there, just too bad it’s so expensive.

Yeah, no kidding. When it comes down to buying an M60, or a full set of Danish fleck, because they cost the same? Iiick.

I'd go for the Danish fleck, god knows it's more useful and lasts longer. Right now I don't know if I'm going to get a shirt, I'll probably just get the pants and Arktis assault vest for summer and later I'll get the shirt.

bah at Danish camo When it comes right down to it, I prefer the German Flecktarn over the Danish, the German camo has a nicer pattern to it and doesn't look like a bad acid trip ;D

Come on folks we need some more gear pictures to drool over ;D One of these days I will post some of my gear though I have to say Motown puts me to shame there, I've been tossing money into guns and not gear. None the less I will toss up some pics as soon as I get near enough to my gear to do it:)

Yea, I'm waiting to see some more voluptuous gear photos, other than mine that is I know there are people out there...with gear...maybe they're too shy to let it all hang out ;D Perhaps I can get some "action" shots, as soon as I figure out how to work the infernal timer on my camera.
