After doing some looking around for new gear, and doing some research, I've decided I'd like to do a Navy SEAL impression. I don't know why I went from wanting to do a USMC infantryman impression to a Navy SEAL impression, but I don't mind. Anyways, since AOR1/2 will be hard for me to get (at least the tactical gear), I think I want to do an earlier time period where Khaki was the norm for gear. However, I'll need some help with what gear goes with what time period.
To start off, what I have listed so far is as follows:
[Pantac] LBT 1961A (Khaki) [Pantac] EI MAP (Khaki) [Pantac] ? PACA (Khaki) MICH 2000 (or 2001; would like to know what goes on it, as well as comms) AOR1/2 replica uniform (money is a slight issue) P226 with Safariland 6004 (would using an M3 or M6 be fine?) M4 with 7" KAC rail and Block II furniture
Now I do know at some point they used, or are currently using, the following:
Block II MK18 with Block II furniture (is a 14.5" barreled Block II ok?) HK416 with Block II furniture (except a black 551 or 552 is more common than an FDE 553) Ops-Core Base Jump helmet LBT 1961A (AOR1 and maybe AOR2) LBT 6094 (AOR1/2, Khaki) LBT 6094A (AOR1, maybe AOR2) MLCS RRV (Khaki) Some kind of MBITR Various EI/AI/LBT pouches (AOR1/2, Khaki)
That's what I know/researched so far. If you guys could please correct me, answer any questions, and so on, it's greatly appreciated!

Only thing I know for sure is that you will not see a 553 on an HK 416, because they don't fit. The arms on the 553 cannot lock down properly due to how the 416 rails are designed. So if you see an Eotech, it's probably going to be either of the ones you mentioned, or an XPS more recently.

Your lists are all over the place. You mention you can't source AOR stuff insinuating that you prefer not to involve it and yet half of items are AOR related. I don't get it.
To add to what Carl said, your not gonna see hardly any Block II shit on any 416's (If that's what you want to use), save for maybe the PEQ.
The majority of the time it's old school EoTechs/Magnifiers, M600 Bravos, KAC/ARMS flip-ups, SOPMOD/Old School LE's, Tangodown Bitch Grips w/SF pocket, and AAC cans.
As for the khaki gear, I'm sure if you dig deep enough you can find some random SEAL wearing that same exact combo. However, I know for sure that if I saw someone walking around in that setup the first thing that came to mind definitely wouldn't be that he is doing a SEAL impression.

So AOR, or GTFO? What do you and Knife use? If you don't mind me asking. And this is all based on 3 days of looking around on here, and Google. I will check other forums today for anything else.

If you're going khaki, you're looking at more of an early to mid 2000s loadout. MICH2000 would be the norm, with a Norotos 3 hole, or perhaps an old Wilcox 3 hole. For camo, DCU, BDU or under some circumstances ACU would be appropriate. I'd avoid using MC, as it wasn't used a whole lot back in the day. I'd avoid getting a 6094, as they were not a super common item. The 1961 was seen a fair bit, but you'd have to get one that closely matches the older generation. As far as pouches and such, EI/AI MLCS pouches in khaki is what you'd want. Pair that with an RRV, MBSS, MAR CIRAS, H Harness and you're good to go. Here's an example of most of an MLCS kit I recently received from a Team 7 guy. This RRV + pouches came from an east coast guy, some of the pouches are very early gen with white velcro/thread/elastic And this H Harness came like this, from an east coast guy as well. Rifle: 14.5 or 10.5 M4, PEQ2, Surefire M951 with SW02 tailcap, Aimpoint with Wilcox mount or TA01NSN? ACOG. LMT SOPMOD, older M4 stock and I think LE stocks floated around a bit too. There was some Eotech use, but it was limited. Surefire M900s were also infrequently seen. As far as what I myself use? I've moved towards mostly all old gen khaki stuff, over MC or AOR2. This is a bit of a mishmash (and not perfect by any means), but it was based on an MLCS MBSS.

Thank you slim, I did go through several pages and got some good info. And yes, an early to mid 00's look would be perfect for me. Thanks for the help Knife! What comms are used for that time period though (headset/radio)?

Actually, no on the Comtacs. Looking through a bunch of photos, there was maybe one guy with Comtac 1s, but most people had Sordins, Invisio M3s or TASC Maritime Headsets. The reason for the lack of Comtacs comes down to the fact that so many of the Maritime set ups were issued, which were Sordins and TASCs.
There are a few pictures of guys wearing Peltor 6s over Invisios for hearing protection however.

Meh, I'd say 60/40. I've got a gaggle of pics with the old Comtac I's & II's by themselves as well as the Sordina and Comtacs in the same shots. Quick googled the ol' famous one:

These days, yes Comtac IIs are quite common. However, he said he's looking at early to mid 2000s. That falls a fair bit outside of that range.

Ugh knife that mlcs, so hawt. Anyway, here are some neat ref photos if you're interested in a bit of a mixture of aor1/BHI desert digital and khaki MLCS kit. If you want to do earlier, mostly MLCS khaki gear over DCUs is the norm. OD MBSS stuff was also used. The DCU top would have a RAID mod, with pockets on the sleeves. Also, if you're looking for a PACA replica, by all accounts the ToySoldier one is the most accurate. And heres a few images from that era to get you started. There's a whole bunch more out there on the web.
