If I drilled more holes in my Iron Face (To help with breathability and movement of air), would it compromise it's strength a lot? I'm thinking maybe 5-7 more holes on each side, both around 3-4mm wide.

I'm in the process of gathering up all my gear before I show up for my first games...
I thought about buying an Iron Face but I thought breathe-ability might be an issue. I ended up going with a Save Phace Marks allot full mask instead.
I wonder if you might be better-off gluing on some breathable firm foam risers (think shoe insole material) in small spaced out (maybe quarter inch gaps?) strips around the edge of the mask where it contacts your skin. I think some people use Band-aids for this as well since they're easier to peel off and throw away once they've absorbed too much sweat.
You'd have airflow all the way around the mask in addition to the existing holes in the front.
And you wouldn't be increasing the chance of cheap BB's breaking apart upon contact with the new holes and finding their way into your skin.
