 What should I do?
« Thread Started on Sept 26, 2009, 7:26pm »

I have this gun:

http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/other-gun/gas....-gbb-rifle.html

and this optic:

http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=36_117&products_id=1614

I want to make it look better. Any suggestions?

Personally, I hate small RIS's so my first thought is get at least an 11" barrel and a 7" RIS. Get some rail covers, a foregrip, a flashlight, and a peq15 and then paint the whole thing in an awesome way.

I mainly play CQB so I dont really want to make it longer, but I do plan on ordering a flashlight and a foregrip.

It's definitely in the wrong session and I'll move it after I hit "post reply." The gallery is for pictures, not for planning to post pictures.

What is it about the look that you don't like right now? It's hard to say what's "better" when you're talking about a matter of opinion.

For what it's worth, I think Troub is right - the short forend looks unbalanced. While I understand not wanting to increase the overall length, you could cut down the front sight, or replace the gas block, and get a longer rail system. Failing that, a longer rail system with a cutout for the front sight would also work. Any of those options would give your gun the appearance of having a little more substance forward of the magwell.

I'd say everything Troub said except if you really need it for just cqb then leave the ris/barrel length at your preference.

Flashlight, peq, ris covers and a tach grip. And maybe if you are just using for cqb you should get an Eotech or replica.

It needs a heavy application of chrome to look its best. and most likely a bayonet.

WHAT?! That would look awful.

I would say, put a PEQ-15 on the top rail, some kind of vert grip (probably the stubby Tango Down in my opinion), and a light. I'd also switch the CompM2 Aimpoint out for a Micro T-1. Would look muuuuuch better on that small gun.

I do agree though that as is the front half of the gun looks really stubby.
