IMO you should have velcro, cat eyes, and goggles w/ acu straps. Maybe throw a rhino on there too. Maybe a ACU cover if you're feelin' riskeh Pretty good start tho. Im diggin' it!

What kills it the most for me, is the belt (I don't know why, it just looks wrong having the 2 black belts), and the off color hydro.
Otherwise, pretty nice. If I had the cash for a RG setup I'd have one, it's purty, but your flash killed the true color of it.

Not bad at all thus far Ehlers, I like it. Here are my suggestions. Switch hydro carrier to an EI Hydro or MAP replica. Switch the helmet mount to a one hole Norotos mount. Spray the helmet in a snakeskin pattern, last I heard this was SOP for the guys in the 75th. Get a replica Sordin headset. Get an MBITR replica shell and pouch. Ditch the sidearm, or at least paint the pistol all black. Remove patches from shoulders and in place put the IR flags. Black belt is fine, but I'd remove the second belt and get rid of the sidearm still. I'd also throw a Surefire Helmet light on the left side of the helmet. Arc'Teryx kneecap pads would be quite cool as well.
A lot of suggestions, but definitely a cool base.

Agreed on the MAP. The current hydro is a Blackhawk one I bought from Dahm last year. I didn't by a MAP with the vest to save some money. I have the smaller black belt on my pants because I couldn't find my beige belt. I've been planning on getting rid of the tan paint on the frame.

In my opinion, that black belt is just fine, but I may be biased on that subject. The thing I think you should get rid of, is the buddy mag on your back.

I specifically said he should put it on the side panel next to the shotty shells, and he should get one of those panels to turn the molle sideways and mount them vertically next to the 4th M4 double, but thats just me.

Looks like a really good start to an accurate impression Steve. Definitely a MAP, IR flags/tabs, and your side arm all black would be good to go for me.

You just need a set of real belt keepers (instead of the non-functioning belt keepers attached) for your belts and you're golden.

Looks good but... I would spray down that gun like a Roughneck rifle, vat dye that hydration pouch, belt and gloves to match the vest and get some IR flags. On the other hand, for the first time, ACU actually looks good... Great loadout.

My responses: I don't want to paint my gun because I do not know if it's something I'd keep with and if I end up wanting it paint-less it'll be a lot of trouble to change back. Not gonna dye the hydration, the gloves or belt. The hydration will probably be replaced by a MAP soon anyway. Not dying the belt or gloves because I don't need to. Keep forgetting where I can buy those IR flag patches. Anyone know? ACU does look sweet in a Ranger or ODA look. Decent camo to wear in an urban environment or snow.
