I'm so pumped for this. It's not even official yet and this many people are already game. If this happens this will definitely be one of the best this year for me hopefully.
I will definitely be there, I have yet to see the field. Is full face protection required?
If I remember correctly full face protection was required. It was like the No Limits rule, just something covering your mouth and it was not enforced once gameplay started.
If squads are to be used maybe consider a morale rule like Durbond. As members of your squad are killed they have to go back to spawn and wait for the squad to come get them. This gives the squad the choice to either go pick them up or if 60% of the squad is dead it is mandatory that the whole squad respawns. I think that is how they did it.
Prior service and still want to serve in some way? Never joined the military but always wanted too? Ask me about serving in the state military.... mivdf.org

Yeah that I don't remember. I feel like I used a full paintball mask at Durbond I, but I don't remember what I used for Durbond II.... I don't think it was a full paintball mask.

Yes it was. That's exactly how I wrote the rule as well.
I guess the next question would be, is everyone willing to spend $30-40 for a SCEN game?
Yeah that we definitely need to know from everyone so we can get a good idea if everyone is willing to pay a little more so that we can use props and have a higher quality game.
I could throw down 30 bucks for a good game. But 40 may be a bit steep. Although I've never been to the field so i dunno.
$40 would be the MAX that a possible SCEN event would cost for a game at Hell's Survivors. But that would provide the event host(s) some extra capital to provide a much better gaming experience.
Plus this field has everything! It has an old Bradley, Helicopter and other aircraft fuselages, a village, castle, towers, bridges and many other fortifications.
There's literally a miniature lake in the middle of the field.

I was there once a looooooong time ago for paintball before it was fully built up, it is definitely a badass place to hold any type of game. I'll be stoked if this event gets off the ground and flying.
