I figured I'd start off this thread for all those players who battled it out for the ridges, the airfield and the village in Bangor.
Overall, pretty fun game. No major complaints. It didn't seem like there were any major issues with hit taking, etc.
It was fun watching the snipers in actions. Those of you on the tan side know who you are.
Big shout out to Team TEST. Playing with you folks was really enjoyable. Watching your commander multitask the radio nets was hilarious.
To the TEST player attending AQ in GR, good luck and enjoy!

Probably the best game I've ever been at in MI. The flowing objectives were VERY amazing, the sportsmanship was A+++, Hellfish + Asshats was fun as shit, and we worked very well together. I really hope we get to do that again sometime. That last ditch effort by tan to stop our Evac was a great, and when we finally got out of there, it actually felt like a victory.

Very good game. Not too many long drawn out firefights, but lots of hit and run, artillery strikes, and fun objectives.
On a slightly less related note, I managed to leave a pair of Black Flakjaks in the parking lot, possibly by your car Gunny.

I agree, that was one of the best games I've ever been to. I'm kind of tired and don't feel like typing out a lot, but I loved it. Tex, excellent job on the objectives and keeping things moving. Green team, we were fucking awesome. We just ran shit. But thanks to everybody there for making it a very serious and excellent Mil-Sim game. I've never been at a game before where we actually had negotiations and took it seriously (I mean, wow Relish, you must've gone at least 5 minutes without making a gay joke!). So good try tan team, but the AssFish were clearly just too much to handle.

Awesome game. No complaints about hit calling, cheating, blindfiring, etc. The only thing I can even point to was A4 (dirty cheater ) walking out of bounds past the airfield. Easily one of the best games I've been to and I'm sore all over from the day, but loving it.

Great game! I had an absolute blast. Late starting time, but well made up for in game quality. Everyone was sportsman like, I never had any issues. Objectives were sought out, and accomplished. The firefights surrounding the final exfil of the bomb and the final exfil period were awesome. Bunch of teamwork, and I had a blast playing. Green rolled this game, but tan put up a good fight towards the end. Good game guys.

This was a fantastic event. Great job Tex, and I have to thank you all for giving me so much badass footage! I seriously have 3 solid hours of mostly-usable footage. The negotiations were great, and should work well in a video. Constant moving, formations, etc. I have over 550 photos from today on my computer, and more to look at I believe. I'll have a .zip file with all of the photos from the game uploading tonight. I'll post the link tonight, but just make sure NOT to actually download the folder until tomorrow. It's going to take a while to upload a gig of photos. I'm having some issues with our net cutting in and out at home so the folder doesn't want to upload well... I'll start uploading it to filefront or sendspace tomorrow morning before I head back to the field... so by the afternoon there will be a download link here. Here's a few samples of photos from the day! s935.photobucket.com/albums/ad199/glassarchitect/

Well, it seems I missed yet another awesome game... (I'm about ready to quit my job)
At least I can spend tomorrow looking at the pics and videos.

Great game Tex. The objectives were the best I've ever seen as they required team coordination and promoted creativity. The addition of the artillery strike and IEDs made for some interesting kills especially when they were friendly. I just wish that the tan team were able to put up more of a fight. Were they outnumbered or were we just that good? Also, kick ass job squad nine. We finally managed to get all of our radios to work and stayed together, making the objectives a lot easier. The thing I can't figure out is why Brad's G36 is floating. s935.photobucket.com/albums/ad199/glassarchitect/?action=view¤t=SDC10993.jpg

I think Mandy snapped that shot just as he was either raising it or lowering it by the sling... But you're right, that does look rather odd.

I have nothing else to say clearly it's a new magic G36!
Glass, awesome beginning of the photos- I can't wait for the rest of them, not to mention the awesome video I'm sure you'll come up with. Excellent job out there today with that camera. (err....yesterday, technically).

That was a good day. It went very nicely minus one unfortunate hiccup, which was my own fault. I think Relish did a fine job as team leader, and that negotiation was an interesting little twist! Steve had fun, and we definitely did our duty as medics out there. Though I think you guys forgot we were there at times. I enjoyed being able to help keep the Tan team split while we captured the dirty bomb, but dammit I hated going back and forth through the muck to the airfield. We did mess up pretty bad when we were securing the extraction point around A4. It was a confusing situation and we accidentally got lost behind a broken boundary line. That was a mistake, sorry. We'll be out repairing those lines soon enough. s935.photobucket.com/albums/ad199/glassarchitect/?action=view¤t=P7115956.jpgAll I need now is a cape and speed lines zipping behind me! And there are a few photos that could be good for gags, but I'll wait till the whole set comes out.

Actionman and I JUST got home... it's 2:00 in the fucking morning. Traffic was backed up for miles on our last stretch of 696. We were in traffic for about three hours. A shitty day to end one of the best games I've been to in ages. More on this later.. I'm going to bed, sort of.

Yep three hours in traffic made me want to die..
Anyway, FANTASTIC game! Great objectives, and good sportsmanship all around.
Thanks to everyone who helped put this one on and thanks to the camera people too, awesome pics so far.

Today was an awesome day. It started off a little iffy with the storms that passed through but by game time the sun was shining bright. Great job Tex and company. This was the most well handled event I have been to yet and I'm really looking forward any events that you guys have planed for the future. It was great that everyone showed great sportsmanship and cooperated to make the game even more enjoyable. Relish did an awesome job as the green commander and everyone on the green side did an amazing job. I enjoyed the firefights I was in but wished that tan would have had been a little bit more aggressive. Being a Demo guy was a blast! (har har) Even though moving that dirty bomb was a bitch it was a lot of fun to have to figure out a way to get it to the extraction point. and then hearing that Sugg and I took out ~10 tan guys with the IED's we planted at the entrance to the airfield during our extraction at 18:00 made my day.
the ride home sucked tho. fucking 696.
